*I knew when I planned today that I’d be over my syns but I set an upper limit of 25 and I’m relieved to say I came under this.
Breakfast
2 x Weetabix chocolate (Hex b)

1 flat tbsp choc shot (2 syns, omg so yummy!!)

Homemade broccoli and cauliflower soup made in soup maker, syn free
25g packet walkers baked fusions (5.5 syns)
Muller yoghurt, “American Dream” blueberry muffin flavour - (syn free according to app)

Apple
Cup of tea with semi skimmed milk from allowance (Hex a)

2 Morrisons “The Best” melting middle fish cakes
(1 x Scottish salmon, smoked cod and haddock with a cheesy melting middle - very nice indeed!! - only 2 syns)
and here’s the shocking bit, the other fish cake was a Smoked haddock with a leek and cheese melting middle, wait for it, 10 syns!!!
Yes 10 syns for a sodding fish cake!!!! I knew in advance but I really wanted to try it and I’m sorry to say that although it was nice enough , no way did it warrant me blowing most of my syns on it, so that will teach me >!!!
Mashed potatoes (with a tsp Flora Light- 0.5 syns)
12.5 syns for dinner!! I’m almost embarrassed!!
1 portion of my lovely sw inspired berry trifle (2.5 syns, yummy and my mum loves it too!! )
She had the cod and parsley melting middle Fishcakes, only 6.5 syns and said they were really nice. She’s not on sw, doesn’t need to, lucky gal only weighs about 8 stone!! Love her xxx
