I had a lovely weekend away was nice seeing my mum and my nephew wasnt so nice seeing my sister miserable git whenever we visit she gets jealous of her son spending time with us,, she works night shift so sleeps during day her hubby was working so we took the wee guy with us all day on the saturday ad she had the right hump about it, we took him to tesco think it nearly caused a riot between her hubby n her then we had him at the village gala day well she had the hump cause he wasnt in house when she woke up all i can say is its no wonder her son has problems mixing with other people and is very very quiet for a 3 year old poor kid.

Diet front i didnt eat much all weekend mum had stocked up on fruit for me but i drank to much catching up with old school friends converted my mate and her mum to slimfast think there gonna try it as there both overweight.

Well tomorrow is the day of my endescope so today im on laxatives to clear me out and not allowed anything to eat after 1.30 today and there is very little im allowed anyway as bowels need to be clear as possible for tomorrow so def wont be gaining wait today or tomorrow lol

Well im sitting here waiting to go to the hospital feeling very tired just now but i guess thats what happens when you aint eaten since sunday apart from 3 slices of toast,, laxative yesterday gave me horrendous migraines spend most of the day in bed feeling crap.so now its just a case of waiting for the procedure to be done then im afraid to say im off to mcdonalds for a cheeseburger happy meal not the healthiest i know but its what im really craving then ive got a chickken tikka lasagne for my dinner tonite and back on the slimfast for a couple of days before stepdaughters 18th birthday part at weekend

Well thats me back from hospital full of wind lol but everything seems to be fine there was a tear which would explain the bleeding and they removed a poly so need to wait for results from that as they send it away for examination

i was so bloated and full off wind when i came out of hospital i never even had it lol,, came home and once id let go of alot of alot of wind i had 1/2 a chicken tikka lasagne ready meal from iceland and 3 small slices of baguette

Well as i said briefly in the main slimfast page this past week has been pretty mad and chaotic with stepdaughters 18th at weekend which was a very good party lots n lots of fun far to much alcohol was drunk everyone was suffering the next day had lots of extra people staying sleeping everywhere lol.

Monday myself and my bloke paul got married we booked the wedding 3 weeks ago for the first available date which was the 23rd august and off we went with the 2 eldest daughters as witnesses then spent the afternoon and today telling everyone what we done wooohoooo lol.
So now i have a party on saturday night again but this time as a late wedding reception so should be a very boozy night yet again.
Next monday i plan to get back on my slimfast big time and start zumba on monday night with my daughter and her mate cant wait
