Your diary is looking good, I still haven't tried cous cous but I will? Glad your feeling better.
I don't go to class as I can't afford it but I do find this site almost like going as you still get good ideas and lots of encouragement, the only thing is you have to be honest with your self, I always weigh myself on a Monday morning, it helps me take control of the coming week and be good over the weekend, if it hadn't been for this site I don't think I would have done it alone, keep taking one day at a time and before you know it you'll be at target, thats what I say to myself. :)

thats deiantly the best way to do it
if im honest i cant really afford class but ive tried to do it on my own so many times and jsut fail so im gonna get to goal as quick as my body will let me then i wont have to pay lol.

breakfast= toast and butter

lunch= sushi, banna and a pear

tea= seafood arabiata

hex a= milk
hex b= prawns

healthy snacks=mango, cherries,melon,muller light frozen

syns= ww wm bread= 3.5
butter= 2
sushi= 2.5
total syns = 8

ok so ages ago i worked out the syns for ww wm bread online and it was 2 syns i just checked it because a friend thought i was wrong and i am its now 3.5 syns i dont understand that calculater lol

breakfast= ww toast and jam

lunch= last nights left over seafood arabaita

tea= salad sw wedges and cottage cheese

hex a= milk
hex b= prawns

healthy snacks= banna, sushi and frozen muller light

syns= bread= 3.5
jam= 2
sushi= 2.5
6 ww double choc cookies= 4.5

total syns= 12.5

well i decided not to go to class anymore basically because i cant afford it any more.:(

this place is great and im going to use this place as my support network. im determind to stay strong and reach my goals

if i start to struggle im going to rng my doctors and see if i can be weiged there every fortnight.

so wi will be on a monday morning useing my wi fit board :D

wi at home this morning lost half bit disapointed

tea= qourn crispy chicken nuggets, sw chips and beans

sysn= 7 qourn nuggests= 3.5
jam= 2
4 ww choc cookies=3
 
Your doing so well I know its disappointing when you don't lose much or STS, but just say to yourself at least you lost and thats better than a gain! Keep at it you may surprise yourself and you know i'm on your side so together and the rest of minimins we can do it and we need each other to help each other!!!! :)
 
thanks for the support nikki, theres so many strong people here its so inspiring :)

ive just got back from the docs and booked in to weight clinic its just basically where the nurse weighs me every week :D
 
Thats good, so at least your getting your weigh in and you'll get the support from me and the others here on minimins and the best thing is your not having to pay. I might consider doing that if I start to waver, sometimes its the getting on the scales in front of somebody that makes you stick to it!!

lunch= ham,lettuce,cucumber,celery egg and mayo salad

tea= salad with crabsticks and mayo
hex a= milk
hex b= ham

healthy snacks= mango,melon frozen muller ligh

syns= crabsticks=5
mayo= 6 syns

was going to have seafood sace with my grabsticks but its 4.5 for a table spoon eek :eek:

Do you find a yoghurt enough for breakfast, and have you tried magic porridge, its fab!!

Why have you counted your crab sticks they are free on Red or EE, or was it for the mayo
With the frozen muller do you just put the pot in the freezer,

hiya i counted them because i was doing green but today ive decided to switch to red ive never done a RED DAY im not even sure what im doing and seriously cant get my head around EE

i havent tried magic porridge whats that? i struggle for time in a morning with work and the kids so i have to grab something quick im not a big fan of cereal

yea the muller light you put them in the freezer just for a few hours dont let them go completly frozen there so nice

first ever RED day

here goes

breakfast= muller light

lunch= crab stick salad, mayo and a few new potatoes

tea= chicken and chorizo ( from asdas fresh tastes range) with salad
not sure if this is sinned its only 185 calories :confused:

hex a= milk
hex b= small portion new potatoes

healthy snacks= frozen muller light mango, cherries

syns= mayo 2.5
sushi 3

can anyone tell me if this is ok for a red day?

Will def be trying the frozen muller.
To make the magic porrige, you get 28g porridge oats counts as 1 heB, stir in a muller light any flavour but the banana custard is the best also put in some fruit, i've tried grapes and raspberries, then put in fridge and leave over night. Then in the morning you can also put a slice banana and stir and then enjoy its so sweet and the oats give it a flap jack flavour, I love it and its really quick cause you've prepared it the night before, simple!
Red day menu looks good, when i do a red day I keep a packet of crab sticks in the fridge handy to nibble on, and the chicken and chorizo is 3.5 syns for a 380g pack so not to bad, will let you know when i try the frozen muller take care x :)

i slipped up today took the kids to macdonalds and i couldnt resist however i did make the healthies choice a chicken salad deli (probly alot of syns)

breakfast=melon

lunch= macdonalds chicken salad deli

tea= fresh salmon salad garlic mushrooms and a small portion of new potatoes

hex a= milk
hex b= new potatoes

healthy snacks= apple,pineapple crabsticks

syns= macdonalds deli ???????????????

It is hard when your out with the kids, they always want to eat where you can't get a healthy choice, my daughter in law works in McDonald's and keeps saying I'll be alright cause they do salads now, so I was interested to see what syns are in them and providing you don't have the dressing they work out as follows
