Ok. So this is how my day was.

SO. After trying so hard to maintain my weight I had ....
Breakfast - muffins, yogurt, rhubarb
Snack - muffins and 1 Choc chip cookie
Lunch - chicken wraps, chips and mayo
Snack - blueberry muffin
Contraband - kit Kat chunky, bag of sweets (maoam), extra sweets at uni, cheese on toast, crisps and roses chocolates.
And breathe.
I'm NOT weighing myself until next Thursday. I've had my gala, errr, week in one afternoon.
