MAN I LOVE DUKAN!
I had a real pig out in Thursday and put on 3lb. It's now Sunday, I have eaten sensibly but have had lots of food and have not given up my muffins, rhubarb, raspberries, blueberries or yogurt. I've had tonnes of healthy, delicious food and I've lost 2 of those pesky lbs. No denying myself, no suffering, no cravings.
Weight - 9 stone 8 (only 1lb off goal)
Breakfast - muffins, rhubarb, raspberries, blueberries, yogurt. Tea.
Lunch - fried egg and mushrooms, apple.
Snack - 2 seeded flatbreads with slither of cheese and wafer thin ham.
Tea - steak bolognaise, broccoli, courgette and tomato salad (with olive oil and balsamic - AMAZING cooking by my sister) slice of bread and butter.

I Choc chip cookie (large, delicious!)
