Weight - 9 stone 9 (STS)

Back to normal today, up early for uni.
STILL no BM (for 2-3 days now- I think it's the lack of routine, eating at different times of the day, sleep patterns etc) so hopefully today will be er 'relieving!'

Breakfast - rhubarb, yogurt and muffin (saved 2 for later as I know I'll be starving at uni when al my friends tuck into chocs, sweets and Starbucks goodies!)
 
Mines are all to pot too... Routine and normality and loads of bumbard will do the trick

I've finally had a whoosh (after complaining to my friends ALL day!) feel much better!

I don't think the 2 PP days helped, no fibre is there?

Snack - 2 muffins

Lunch - chicken and veg stir fry (no noodles)

Tea - leftover chicken curry, beetroot, yogurt with jelly crystals.

A whoosh! (Finally!)

Weight : 9 stone 8lb (yay, another lb off - only 1 lb to go!)

Breakfast - muffin, rhubarb, yogurt and blueberries

Snack - leftover muffins

Lunch - half roast chicken and salad

Snack - blueberries

Tea - fish, roasted BNS and red pepper (delicious)

FFFF with SF jelly and more blueberries Yummeeeeeee.

Lots of blueberries today but I don't care - they were delicious!

PLUS extra rhubarb and yogurt, half an apple.

I needed crisps, I chose those healthier things instead!

Sid I am SO hungry today, actual hunger, not greed. Had lots of extra rhubarb and yogurt (it was that or crisps or cereal bars!) I don't know why? Maybe TOTM or weather or just because its my first day back at work and I've used up lots of energy ?!
 
i've had oatbran porridge as I never quite have enough oatbran and I feel satisfied now.
 
I usually have some dukan biscuits when I'm genuinely hungry but had my last packet this week, must order some more off the website x
