No need. I have a ridiculously back combed wig! My hair is far too short. Off to try and get winehouse tattoos tomorrow, failing that I'll draw them on!

Ok, so last night was HORRENDOUS! Worst ever diarrhoea after SF sweets.

This morning I had to have a piece of toast with philli light to stop my growling, painful belly . Lesson learnt. Dammit sugar free sweets

Sundays menu


B - usual

Lunch - 2 x burgers (homemade)

Tea - gala. Chicken, mushrooms, peppers, cashews, guacamole and chocolate/cheese to finish.


Eaten far too much junk again, roll on new year and normality.

45 min fast walk with dog.

Off to in laws for a not so dukan friendly roast but I'll be on meat and veg only. Damned Christmas and New Year!

Lunch - roast beef, carrots, swede and gravy.
Apple.

Lots of sparkling water and SF lemonade.

ZERO roasties, ZERO Yorkshires, ZERO rice and peas, ZERO crackling. ZERO chocs, sweets etc!

Tea - boiled ham. Highlights hot chocolate. Satsuma.

Snack - FFFF and jelly crystals.

SF jelly and 3 pints sparkling water.

Prawns with salt and pepper.

Yey! And it feels so good.

All that junk food and well, excess healthy ish food just made me feel so damned ill. I felt like I'd been poisoned (seriously), I had sore tummy, cramps, diarrhoea, constipation, hot and cold sweats and just felt LOUSY. I felt hungover after I'd had a night if eating crap. It's got me seriously thinking about what I put in my body. I've not eaten junk for 6 months and its just not worth it. I was eating for the sake of it, not even for the taste or craving it, just because it was there and looked nice.

I'm back on PP today, lots of water, lots of uni work to distract me and the majority of the Christmas food has been finished or thrown away.
