Kelly's food diary - the REAL one!!

Now that's a good idea, but I think I'll wait till after wi tomorrow and have a slice of the real thing, thanks tho.

Today is a winging it day. I'm organised up till tea time, then it's carpet picnic with the kids. Gonna make some savoury rice and hope I can get away with that and a wm roll and some picked onions etc. Fingers crossed.
 
Hi Kelly were you walking up the lane from moor street up to yours this morning at bout 8.30 ish with a little one? If so I think I saw you. My house is second up from the lane and i was getting into my car which was packed on the main road as we have builders on our drive.

LOL thank god i didn't shout out.

All is well as far as the builders are concerned, well except i have to remember not to eat there biscuits ! We are only having our loft insultated and boarded and a loft ladder put in but it is quite disruptive how an earth i am going to handle an extension next year who knows LOL

My slimming world group is moving venues tonight as we have had trouble with teens at the other venue. So have been manically promoting again.

As for my weight well I am barely scraping by in my target range and had desperately wanted to lose another half a stone but having to face the fact that maybe this is where I am supposed to be, going away for the rest of the week tomorrow to the lake district so will be off plan then it is 100 % all the way to christmas and if that doesn't get me any lower just accept 10 10 is where I am meant to be LOL

Wednesday 19th October - Green Day - day 3 of 100% on plan

Well im thrilled with myself for last night. For saying i went to an all you can eat chinese, and chinese is my absolute favourite food, i did amazing. I had some chicken chow mein, beef chow mein, beef in blackbean sauce, a spoon of fried rice and about 5 chips. The scales are not so kind this morning but as its not weigh day for another 4 days, im pretending ive not seen what they said!


B: banana, muller (free)
L: cheese and potato pie (hxa) and beans (free)
S: melon and grapes (free)
D: baked fish (hxb) and vegetables and mushy peas (free) – at local pub
Syns: none planned yet but maybe a fun size twix – 6ish syns??
I still have a hxa and hxb to use so could have something else later too.

Still really enjoying this 'diet', especially green days. Thanks to Keiragh for suggesting i give them a try.

Monday 24th October - Green

I seem to be just flitting backwards and forwards with this just lately. Im hoping i can blame the abundance of cake and get back on track now its gone. After losing 2lbs last week, i seem to have gained that same 2lbs back again. Im losing sight of my Christmas goal if i carry on so need to sort myself out.

B: managed till 11am without anything as ive been so busy at work, but had a chicken noodle mug shot then.
L: cold savoury mild curry flavour rice and a boiled egg! ? Random
S: muller
D: steak (hxb) with cauliflower cheese (2syns) and sw chips
S: melon
Have still got both hxa's and one hxb so might have ryvitas and phili in a bit.

Struggling to do any kind of exercise at the moment as ive had a problem with my knee for some time now (started years ago but eased off and came back when i started running). Ive actually not done any running or any type of exercise since it started again in Spring, to give it a rest, but its actually no better whatsoever and at times feels much much worse. Am taking myself to the doctors this week to check it out.
