Thanks. Weigh day tomorrow, although it's a shortened week this week so I'll try not to be devastated if the scales haven't moved! I'm still feeling bloated but am really enjoying green days so really hope it's working for me.

I seem to start every Monday saying the same thing - BUT at least im not giving up!

Monday - GREEN
B: banana, muller
S: melon
L; savoury rice with added sweetcorn and mushrooms
S; carrot stick with salsa (1 syn)
S: 2 x mini babybells (HXA)
S: grapes
D: morrisons eat smart sausages (8 syns), sw chips, beans, egg

I went way over syns at the weekend. I tried to make an approximate guess last night and it came to at least 68. Working on a theory of 10 per day, ive pretty much blown my syns this week. Going to try and have as little as possible in the way of syns and try and make amends.

Off to a bad start really coz hubby did me a 'favour' and picked me up some ready meals to save me 'sorting my lunches' so ive got one of those today and tomorrow.

D: homemade fish pie with carrots and runner beans (2syns)
S: ryvitas and phili (HXA & B) if needed

I am on the start again track today after an off plan weekend due to being away and then yesterday had planned a good day and it all went wrong when i found a big bar of dark choc in the cupboard.

Been having a bit of a struggle with food lately. i just cannot seem to control myself but i feel a bit more positive this week.

Its my daughters 3rd birthday on friday and then my other daughters 5th birthday the following sunday so hoping i can resist the cake for 2 weeks running!

Hope youre ok, ill keep looking for you on fb. we'll get there in the end. x
