Kelly's food diary - the REAL one!!

Tuesday 25th october and Wednesday 26th october

Food yesterday:
B: fibre plus (hxb)
L: Spanish omelette (hxa) at pub with a few chips (3 syns)
D: mushroom and lentil loaf (hxa) with roasted potatoes and parsnips, carrots and cauliflower cheese (2 syns) and gravy (3 syns)
S: piece of tiger bread with butter (4 syns)
Total: 12 syns


Food today – considering I overslept, I did well to remember my food, but I forgot my banana!
B: a small slice of banana cake I made last night (3 syns) and prob a mugshot later
L: lentil and mushroom loaf (hxa) with leftover roasties and baked beans
S: grapes and melon
D: poached haddock (hxb) with vegetables and mushy peas
S: still got a hxa and hxb left so that should satisfy the munchies later with some ryvitas and philli.
Just realised there’s not enough syns there so will have a hot choc later for 2 syns


I really hope I can get green days to work for me as I don’t think I can bare to go back to ww, and red days are too expensive and hard work. I'm really enjoying green days – just hope I can get them to work for me
 
Friday, 28 October

Green.

B, banana
L, jacket potato with beans and hxa x 2 cheese and salad
D, chicken drumsticks and sw chips and beans. Are chicken drumsticks a hxb? I'm only having two.
S, had a homemade choc covered apple this aft, with the kids, they made me!!! Not sure on syns but this is all I've had naughty today.

Made up some syn free rib sauce, syn free BBQ sauce, syn free corn and tomato salsa and currently making some syn free rice pudding. What kind of diet is this????

Weigh day tomorrow. Not sure I've lost but I'm feeling more focussed now and feel like I know what I'm doing, so if not this week, maybe next.......
 
Saturday 29 October

B, rice pudding and muller
S, banana
L, potato skins with cheese (hxa) and onion, few chips
S, about 8 squares of lindt chocolate and a teeny bit of apple pie with ice cream!!!!!
D, wasn't hungry so just had some melon and later on had ryvitas and Philli, hxa and b with salsa on top and a chicken drumstick

Easily had all my syns today but it's a fresh day today so can make it up through the week.

Sunday 30 October

B, rice pudding and muller, grapes
L, out for carvery so hoping to stock up on veg
D, not sure, but got some leftover savoury rice to eat so prob that with something.

Forgot to update my weigh in yesterday. Only lost 1/2 lb, but better than nowt I guess.
 
Monday 31st October

Green

L: pasta with tomato sauce and 1/2 hxa of cheese

D: beef (hxb) stew with mash and leeks and cauliflower

I overindulged a bit yesterday - stuffing and yorkshire at carvery with lashings of gravy then a halloween cupcake at a friends house later on. Was still full at tea time so had a 2 fried eggs (in oil - eek) on wm bread and beans. This was reflected on my scales this morning which showed a 2lb gain in 2 days!! Onwards and downwards eh?
 
Wednesday 2nd November - Green Day

I appear to have recommenced the sabotage. Yesterday was pretty rubbish food wise. Hoping for a better day now.

D: jacket potato with beans and 1.5 hxa cheese

off for a bonfire and fireworks and my daughters school tonight with free bbq so hoping i can resist any naughtiness there.
 
Yesterday was going brilliantly until i went to the school fun night. Food was included - sausages, mash and beans, and flapjack. I gave away my sausages and just had the mash and beans but only my youngest daughter wanted the flapjack so i HAD to eat the remaining 3 pieces!!

Im 10.4 today so the scales are going up!!!!

Monday 7th November - Green

10.4 again. Baaaad weekend.

B: rice pudding mixed with muller
S: ryvitas and phili and syn free salsa (HXA & B)
L: baked bean lasagne
S: melon
S: jelly (1 syn)
D: Baked bean lasagne, bacon (hxb) and chips (3 syns for oil)
S: jelly (1 syn)
Hot choc - 2 syns

Am trying to do the 777 thing this week - and longer if it helps me stay on track.
Already had 330ml water so far, which is way more than normal for me at this time of day.
