lol I have mine later. my legs are Killing me after last nights xx
So I haven't been great past few days :-( really need a kick up the back side! I go away in 20 days! HELP!!! X x
Hey beauty!!! I'm going to be really honest here because I think you are exactly like me.... When I read your diary, you do all of the things I do on ww and sw! It's almost like because you're restricted, you have to have it and be bad if that makes sense? I just can't follow a plan where someone is telling me what I can and can't do, what I can and can't eat. I naturally want to eat against it. In theory that should mean we're good at ww because u can eat what u want but then it's the weeklies: because we know we have them, we feel we need to eat them. This is how I feel on ww and am assuming you are the same?? If I was you Kerry, I'd look at another plan where you maybe don't feel so restricted by points or syns and see how you go. The best I've ever done on a diet was my own healthy eating combined with regular exercise. I hope I'm not wayyyyy off and u think cheeky cow!!! I just think that maybe ww is not the plan for you??? Xxx
Yes I totally agree with you and I appreciate the advise, so no your not way off. Before Christmas I was healthy eating with the mindset of calories but walking the dog for miles n I could really see a difference. If I wanted something naughty then I would work a bit harder with the exercise so I could have it. Where as with ww i'd stuff my face with the weeklies n then starving myself trying to stick to the dalies. Think I may need to go back to doing this. I'm eating far too much rubbish on ww as well x x
Exactly, if it works, stick with it. I made that mistake swapping from my plan to sw!!! I'm dire you'll look beaut on that beach x

hi hun you have to just do whats best for you I suppose. it doesn't work for everyone. I did sw and it didn't work second time. I need to know I can have a little bit of chocolate a day counting really helps me stay in control with my eating. if I don't write it down I forget iv had it and get upset when I don't loose. whatever you choose we will be here to support you xxx
ps keep at the squats im killing today but feel rock hard now xx

I did 110 yesterday! Omfg!! Thought my legs where gonna drop off! Lol. My butt feels a bit firmer tho xx
