130 squats done! Legs feel like jelly!! Didnt think I was going to manage it! X x

Been out to nando's today but chose as healthy as I could. Had butterfly chicken breast with sweet pot mash n corn x

I know I never thought I'd manage 130 to b honest! Nearly half way there :) x
 
I need to get back into walking quite a few miles with the dog. aiming for 30 miles this wk x

Yeh I feel back on track, I've decided I'm just going to just try n eat healthy with odd snack, wholegrain rice, sweet pot ect. also upping the miles I walk cos I've been slack just lately. Aiming for 30 miles this wk xx

5 miles walked with the dog at a steady pace 409 cals :) xx
 
Off on sunbed shortly to get a bit of colour before my hols. Then 5 mile walk with the dog, may even stretch to 6! Then the dreaded 140 squats :-0
