Off on sunbed shortly to get a bit of colour before my hols. Then 5 mile walk with the dog, may even stretch to 6! Then the dreaded 140 squats :-0

Well resisted McDonald's breakfast n had beans n scrambled egg on toast. That should do me now till t time xx

The squats are getting so hard but I'm determined to complete the challenge xx
 
Just had weight watchers garlic n herb cook in a bag, cooked chicken carrots n broc in the bag with jacket pot. Really enjoyed it!

15 miles done this wk so half way there. Xx
 
Had a bit of a binge last night! Had crumpets with cheese n 4 large choc chunk cookies!! What's up with me, holiday in 2 wk's! :-0
Starting logging cals on mfp just for this 2 wk before I go so I know I'm not over eating.

Rice Krispies n skimmed milk

Omlette

Chicken tikka n brown rice.

Will have some fruit n a Yog too x
