I would think that if it lean and no fat then it would be free. Bacon medallion are and they come from the same animal, lol. Think you just need to pick the generic gammon and not one from a manufacturer or supermarket brand.
First day on simply filling
Beans n scrambled egg on small wholemeal toast - free

Yeh so far, I'm not going too mad with portion sizes. I've got pp in the back of my mind for potatoes ect. Xx
I'm going to try it out for a wk anyway n see how I go, I do like pro points but sometimes gets on my nerves pointing everything. Also if I make good choices n have say 6 pp left at the end of the day I'm eating rubbish with them just to eat them up. This way I won't be xx
You make a couple of really good points there, you're keeping your portions low like pp but you're getting the healthier foods with SF, win win! X
