Does anyone know If asda sweet chilli chicken is free on simply filling x
 
Well this simply filling is daft, type into ww gammon steak and it's free. Then I type in asda gammon steak n it points it? surely all visible fat removed n then cooked in fry light it's free? Gammon is gammon isnt it! Xx
 
I would think that if it lean and no fat then it would be free. Bacon medallion are and they come from the same animal, lol. Think you just need to pick the generic gammon and not one from a manufacturer or supermarket brand.

Yeh it's quite yummy! leaves me satisfied too so I don't start picking at work xx

Yeh so far, I'm not going too mad with portion sizes. I've got pp in the back of my mind for potatoes ect. Xx

I'm going to try it out for a wk anyway n see how I go, I do like pro points but sometimes gets on my nerves pointing everything. Also if I make good choices n have say 6 pp left at the end of the day I'm eating rubbish with them just to eat them up. This way I won't be xx

You make a couple of really good points there, you're keeping your portions low like pp but you're getting the healthier foods with SF, win win! X
