Kerry's final weight watchers diary!!!

I know it's basically the same as slimming world but I know the pp of pretty much everything n it's good that I can have a pp day if I need to. Not only that but I really like my leader xx

Yes that helps I'm just trying to remember the syns of things and the rules ect got my book to look through and the free meal plan ill steal ideas from! I like it because I can actually eat
 
Well Been to my bridesmaid fitting today and it needs taking in around the boobs and a bit on the waist but I said I wanted a little bit taking in so I can lose a few lbs, I can't lose too much or it won't fit. Wedding is 4 wk's on thur so if I can lose 5lb then that's good xx

Not too bad although had quite a lot of weeklies cos I've been out for dinner with mum today n struggle with my nights at work. I just seem to crave sweet stuff all the time xx

I for one hate those people! Lol! I have a friend, she's naturally a Size 6, I went round there for lunch with my Salad and Sandwich, she ate half an Homemade Apricot Cheesecake for her lunch! Where is the justice in that lol x
 
Hi everyone, don't write on forums tbh but do have a look through some people's posts when I feel I need some inspiration/motivation & last night just clicked on the 'what's new' button & came across your diary & hope you dont mind if I joined in with u guys as u give each other great support & I think keeping in touch with people will help keep me on track :)


so new profile/new start as of today! I will do a diary now but little about me I'm 25yo female (as of thurs)- 25 not the female bit :') been on a diet constant yo-yo for about 10 years & want to nip it in the bud once & for all this year & reach my goal weight (which I've never managed to do before) & stay there being healthy & not be on a constant diet the rest of my life as I've had enough & want to start living & not have my weight hold me back any longer! I have quite a lot more to loose than you guys (5 stone) :( but would like a good chunk of that gone by x-mas as I'm gona work super hard :) lol as for the diet, this is where I found your diary interesting as you seem as indicisive as me & so that's why I'm gona start a diary in a general section rather than 1 particular thread as I feel if I want to swap diets then il have to change thread etc & Cba with all that lol Like most ppl tried ALOT of diets other the years SW & WW when I was a teen then lighter life when I was 18, & since Cambridge diet & most recently slim & save! Have done 4 weeks on slim & save as of today & lost 1 stone but been really ill this week & had a very slow loss & just doesn't feel right for me ATM to restrict myself in ketosis As too much of a mind battle + I seem to be really successfull on ketogenic diets for max 3 months then get bored & miss my social life.. End up coming of diet before goal weight & that's when I put weight back on! So right now my plan is to do my own diet with restricting calories (will talk about that in my diary as realised I've just write my whole life story in yours- so sorry!!!! Haha) please come follow me as I need all the encouragement as I can get lol & I hope to give u guys as much encouragement back! If I can loose 5 stone then u guys can easily loose 1-2 :) x

How are u finding Day 1? I remember Day 1 like it was yesterday even though it was 13wks ago lol c

Well these past couple of wk's I haven't been that great. Had more bad days than good :-( been to chequitos today with the oh n not much health to chose from there. Out at guilivers kingdom tomorrow , taking my niece so that will be a picnic. My friend gets married 4 wk's on thur so all systems go from tue , gym 4 times a wk n healthy eating. my bridesmaid dress fits but taking it in a inch so I can lose maybe 6lb hopefully. Not weight for few days but def b around 11st again. My goal is 9st 7, but I get to 10st n get complacent n gain some back. ... I bloody wish I was a size 8, size 12!! xx

Ohh sounds nice... I've never been to chequitos before, I am however having a nandos on thurs for my bday. :) yum!! Aww tomorrow sounds like a cute day hope the weathers nice for u! Best thing to do is enjoy next couple days & start a total fresh on tues & totally commit to doing 4 weeks on your best behaviour & decide how your going to do your days be it points or cals counting, give yourself a limit & try your hardest to stick to it & maybe have 1 day treat a week to look forward to maybe after weigh in day... I find it really keeps me on track during the week! You could easily loose a minimum on 10lb in that time & it'll fly past & think how amazing you'll feel at the wedding!! Can't believe I'm trying to give diet advice to someone who is my goal weight pahaha funny! How tall are u btw? I'm currently just doing cal counting & using the my fitness pal app as my bible lol it says for me to loose 2lb a week I could have up to 1250 cals a day but I'm gona try limit it to 750-850 at least 5 days a week & maybe up to 1000 2 days! Also going to walk dogs everyday & swim/gym 4 times a week... If I could stick with this & loose average 3lb a week il be happy! X

Wow 13 weeks go you Hun!!! Haven't seen your profile yet I'm on iPad so have much have u lost in that time?? I can't waitttt for 13 weeks as hope to shift quite a few pounds by then but the good thing with the diet I'm choosing to do I'm not going to wish my life away like I do on ketogenic diets I literally constantly wishing the weeks away & life is wayyy too short for that!

I've never properly done WW although I do love their products! Earlier this year I went to a local meeting payed for a monthly pass & didn't go back hahaha what a waste of money that was.... I obviously just wasn't in right frame on mind to diet at the time & I believe thats half the battle! when my mind is not 100% in the zone i end up putting on weight instead of loosing... madness.... it finally in the zone now though thank god haha.... WW isnt right for me ATM though so just counting cals & using their products!.... but I was curious to try work out how many "points" I would of consumed today just to see... Annoyingly my fitness pal doesn't give you fibre for each individual food item so can't work them out :( it does give an overall fibre content of the day though would this work the same way rather than doing items indivisually? Xx

Yeh I hope the weather is nice too, she is only 2 n half so first theme park she will have been to, apparently there is 16 rides she can go on and 32 attractions. I'm quite looking forward to it :)

I'm 5ft 5 n half. I feel comfortable at 10st but I know I'd feel great at 9st 7. I'm going to Florida next may so that's my goal for then.

I'm not really sure what to stick to for now, I've done cal counting and lost half st at Xmas, obviously gained it back. I do like weight watchers but tend to eat crap with my weeklies. That seems quite low cals u want to stick to, I'd say aim for 1200 n if u have less then leave it at that. Don't know about u but when I restrict myself too much I go the other way. xx

Aww it sounds awesome I've never been but sounds fab I bet she'll love it :) yer I know what you mean but I've just done a month on a VLCD called slim & save & was only consuming 600 cals a day & was fine on that so 800 seems like a treat haha.. It's what ive planned but not set in stone, I just use my fitness pal to come up with diff combinations of daily intakes which works out in my favour & have lotsa low cal foods love such as:

Brek-
Oatmeal or bran flakes- 150 cals

Lunch-
WW soup- 77 cals or
100g of chicken with 200g zero noodles & spices pan fried- 109 cals total

Dinner- most ww ready meals that I have are between 250-350 cals or
will have zero rice (7.7 cals per 100g) & cook low cal chilli or chicken curry (250 max)
low cal cottage pie using tesco lean mince & mash swede (250 max)
today: 2x ww sausages, Yorkshire pud, peas, mashed swede & carrot & gravy all for 411 cals

Snacks-
Melon per 100g- 33 cals
Sugar free jelly- 3 cals

There's just a few examples of how choosing very low cal foods can end up with loadssss resulting in no hunger pains & therefor less likely to slip up xx
