Aww it sounds awesome I've never been but sounds fab I bet she'll love it yer I know what you mean but I've just done a month on a VLCD called slim & save & was only consuming 600 cals a day & was fine on that so 800 seems like a treat haha.. It's what ive planned but not set in stone, I just use my fitness pal to come up with diff combinations of daily intakes which works out in my favour & have lotsa low cal foods love such as:
Brek-
Oatmeal or bran flakes- 150 cals
Lunch-
WW soup- 77 cals or
100g of chicken with 200g zero noodles & spices pan fried- 109 cals total
Dinner- most ww ready meals that I have are between 250-350 cals or
will have zero rice (7.7 cals per 100g) & cook low cal chilli or chicken curry (250 max)
low cal cottage pie using tesco lean mince & mash swede (250 max)
today: 2x ww sausages, Yorkshire pud, peas, mashed swede & carrot & gravy all for 411 cals
Snacks-
Melon per 100g- 33 cals
Sugar free jelly- 3 cals
There's just a few examples of how choosing very low cal foods can end up with loadssss resulting in no hunger pains & therefor less likely to slip up xx
It irritates me that I can only have 21 Jaffa Cakes for 26pp! Why can't multiples of things just mean multiple pp! Sorry! Rant over! Lol! X
it tastes odd because it isnt actually rice haha its made from a plant fibre extract & contains no carbs or cals & only 15 cals for the whole pack (dieters dream!!!) lol its tasteless on its own but if you add other ingredients it absorbs the flavour from that! i usually add chilli, pepper, spring onion etc & have it with chilli or curry & is such a good substitute! today im going to pan fry some with some cooked chicken & get some mayflower curry sauce (never tried before but apparently it tastes like chinese curry sauce??) i do hope so lol & so chicken fried rice & curry for less than 200 cals... cant complain u never no 1 day holland & barret may stock 0 cals/0 points jaffa cakes.... well i can dream cant i lol x
The day H&B start selling those Jaffa Cakes is the day ill eat my hat, wait a minute that might have more calories ;-) PS-Ive looked at those Noodles/Rice/Pasta, can't believe the prices! X
Ive got some at home serena and malibu you are a star for eating them I spent 15 quid on them and have opened 1 pack and that went in the bin!

Had a fab day at guilivers Kingdom with my niece, eat a fair bit of crap. Took a picnic but not that healthy. Then got home late n had McDonald's. I've decided to give cal counting one last shot as I'm not doing very good at weight watchers again. I'm using the excuse to use weeklies on crap n I want to try n eat a bit healthier, i'm just so crap at diets at the min. don't know whats up with me!! I've got 4 wk's on thur before my best mates wedding which I'm a bridesmaid. I'll post a pic how it fitted last wk, felt ok in it but not great. It looks black on the pic but it's actually navy blue. hopefully by then I wil have lost 5lb n less belly bloat. Back at gym tomorrow n aiming for 3 a wk minimum.

Awwww how cute is your neice!!! lol glad u had a fab day & enjoyed some yummy treats... Just treat tomorrow as a new start & give it your all... You tend to burn loadsss of cals off in the gym so if u do really want a treat have it on your gym days then won't be any damage done then! I had an amazingggg tea tonight my own version of Chinese all for 115 cals.... Can't go wrong! Although I did eat not just 1... But TWO cookies & cream kit Kats oops lol just couldn't resist but damage was 214 cals & I did half an hour swim today so would counteract! You have an awesome figure but if 5lbs makes u feel even better then go 4 it chick x
Thanks when I'm in the "zone" I go gym & swim quite a lot, nothing strenuous just Zumba, treadmill, swimming & really wana try boxerecise aswell! Also walk dogs 30 mins every day so not quite as far as u do though lol I suppose being off uni for the summer sure does help though as I have a lot of spare time on my hands lol really hope I can keep it up when back at uni/placement!! Tbh I no it's really bad but 1st thing I do every morn is hop on scales & weigh myself lol I officially started "dieting" properly 4 weeks ago today & as off today have lost a stone exactly! It's my bday on thurs & so not restricting cals at all that day so really it'll only be from fri-fri that I'll no exactly what I can loose doing my own thing!.... i go back to uni in 4 weeks & would love another stone off by then... Don't no if this Is achievable but hey I can try! X
