Kerry's final weight watchers diary!!!

Well not had chance to go to gym today, been cleaning house, ironing washing ect. Usually get it all done on a mon but was out all day yesterday. Taking dog for a few mile walk shortly so that will burn some cals.
Bought some gammon steaks for t to have with new potatoes n peas. Not impressed tho, mfp works out gammon steak 260g piece at near enough 400 cals :-0 xx

Well when compared to a chicken breast yeh! Haha expected around 250 cals xx

I know but with slimming world I'd always have it in the back of my mind how many cals it was! :-/ x
 
ive just got out the gym now, took dogs for 30 min walk but id say thats= 150 cals burned max as go slow, at gym did 30 min on treadmill= 325 cals then about 15 mins on bike just slow pace= 75 cals so total today is 550 cals :) to be fair though i bet u burn atleast that doing housework as housework burns loadssss of cals!! just about to have my super low cal chinese for tea! wow gammon has loadsa cals, bet its high protein though & very low carb x

Gammon was lovely and really filled me up, I won't be having that for a while tho with the amount of cals! I had it with new potatoes, garden peas and mint sauce! Made the OH's with honey and mustard marinade. I was good n grilled mine! :)

I'm going to try n go to gym after work tomorrow. I say try cos I have to get up at 4.30 on a wed n leave at 5.15. Come 3pm I'm ready for a sleep! Lol .. I will take my gym stuff tho and try n push myself cos I know I'll feel loads better after x

Mmmmm Dinner sounds yummy! I LOVE Mint Sauce! Hope U do manage the gym, as you say it will make u feel better in long run, it's just getting through the door in the first place! X
 
Sounds yummy! I'm ashamed to say I've never really cooked before coz when I lived at home my mum does it then at uni lived on micro meals... But now I've started I love it & really looking forward to learning to cook diff things :) gosh that's early to be up in the morn :O maybe come back have a map & then go? To be honest I go with my mum & it really helps to have a gym buddy as dont think I have as much motivation on my own but once I get in the routine of going few times a week I will defo keep it up as makes u feel so much better! I can't say I "like" the gym but I do love swimming... Usually do 30-45 mins continuos breast stroke swimming & apparantly it burns loadsss of cals but I don't think i burn as much as the estimation on my fitness pal as I go slower! If anyone else swims I HIGHLY reccommend getting a speedo aqua beat (waterproof MP3 player) as there AESOME! Lol x

If I have a nap I def wouldn't go. I've arranged for my Oh mum to come n let dog out twice while I'm at work so I've got to go now. Even if I just do 40 mins it's better than not going xx

That always irritated me about calorie counting! 7cals for a Celery Stick, no one got fat eating celery! X

Celery actually has negative cals because u burn more off eating/absorbing it than what's in it lol sounds like a really good day... What's cookie crisp?? Sounds yum! I had 2 cookies & cream kit Kats again today... Omg there lush! Lol
