Kerry's final weight watchers diary!!!

hows your day been everyone? mines been good ive had a healthy-ish day & been swimming & walked dogs! ive realised that i just cant control my sweet tooth at all though!!! every day ive had unplanned goodies :\ seems to be late at night my sweet cravings are the worst! not good! anyways its my bday tommorrow so having a day off & have lotssss of nice calorific treats in store lol just hope the scales aren't too harsh on fri as i want them to go downwards not upwards!!! lol x

I'm the same where my sweet tooth is concerned. I didnt have a great day, my car keeps playing up and it's just getting me down. Fresh start today n taking today as my weigh day. 10st 13.8,not great but glad it's under 11! Aiming for 3lb next wk!

awww thanks so much everyone really means alot :) was planning on going gym today for damage control on the treats later but then decided on a pamper day instead so hair, eyebrows & nails done :) so far just had a healthy cereal, planning on healthy lunch then chicken burger, chips & sweetcorn & snagria at nandos then got a daim almond cake 4 tonight as 'bday cake' then have quite alot of cocktails in! obvuisly im not calorie counting today but im just hoping for not too much of a gain as ive had such a slow weight loss last couple of weeks i just cant cope! im thinking of getting weighed at the gym & just doing it weekly as getting weighed daily at home & not seeing the scales move is sooo demorilising, however it will take everything i have in me not to get on them as its been a dialy habit for years :\ anyways ill let u no the damage tommorrow xxxxx

That sounds like the perfect Birthday :) I went to Nandos for the first time on Sunday, was yummy! I understand why people daily weigh, I used to be the same! I got rid of my Scales and just WI once a week at the Local Leisure Centre, 50p well spent as I get a surprise and I'm not jumping on and off all week! X
 
so my healthy lunch turned into a pepparoni pizza bite from greggs as my pamper day didnt finish untill 3.30pm & i had tiny bowl of cereal at 9am so was too hungry to care lol! nandos i had 1 piece of garlic bread to start, butterfly chicken & peri peri chips as main (& tiny taste of the mash- which is yum!!) & dessert was my daim cake 1 slice! so overall not too bad food wise... drink wise had 4 glasses of cocktails before i went out & omg the malibu cocktail pouches are soooo leathfull :O i was very typsy when i left lol then had 4 sangrias at nandos, 1 blue wkd at cinema- mortal instruments city of bones i watched- not my cup of tea!! & 2 more cocktails when i got home! i do feel abit fragile today maybe a 3/10 on hangover scale so not too bad but got weighed & was nearly 2lb up on scales this morn!!! not impressed at all but hoping its temporary & it drops abit tommorrow! from tommorrow itl be a weekly weigh in at gym i think! hope u all have a fab day xxx

Sounds like a fab birthday! I'm sure that the 2lbs isn't 'real' weight and it will go as quickly as it came! How was the Daim Cake? X PS-I think I will try the mash next time I go! X

It probs will be real weight by tommorrow as haven't been that great today cals wise as hungover lol although I did go gym today & burn 500 cals even though I didn't feel that great so I'm proud of that! Tommorrows like a new start though getting weighed at gym & the. Giving it my all for a week as this weight needs to shift ASAP!!! Defo try the mash it's so yum! I had the new weight watchers chicken & mushroom pie for dinner tonight & that mash was tasty too.. Although would of been nicer with gravy rather than ketchup next time lol daim cake was nice but the top layer was nicest as contained the daim/choc & weren't fussed on bottom layer as was like flapjack! Ps am going to subscribe to all your dairies now, I'm just getting to grips with minimins & don't have a clue how to do anything lol xx

Mmmmmmm that Torte looks yummy! I've never seen one of those before! I definitely have to go back to Nandos, it was so yummy! Glad u found my diary :) x

They do all diff flavours including toblerone 1's & the "milka" choc 1's! If only they were low cals eh lol is there any weight watchers glow cal treats anyone can reccommend? I had a quick look in tesco today but there was too much choice lol I have a huge sweet tooth & need a little something each day! Can't believe your diary has 327 pages!! Lol attest it gives me something to read when I need motivation though! It was this diary (kezzas) that inspired me to make a new profile so there good to read :) x

I don't buy anything WW tbh, waste of money, just stick to normal treats which are 3pp or under! X

Ii've bought myself a little book to log my foods. Sometimes it gets forgotten when I input on mfp. Also bought some stars ( well sad) Here is my plan for the book Write down each day what I've eat ect

Green star = good day
Red star = bad day
Silver star = half st loss
Gold star = st loss Haha prob sounds daft but I think it will spur me on seeing lots of green stars in my book ( well hopefully! Xx

I'm the same! I need to stop weighing myself! My focus this week is healthy breakfasts and lunches/no snacking and fitness- I'm gonna try a hole week of no weighing! I've deleted my cal counting app too coz that's doing my head in hahaha x

I know it's so hard isn't it, I think a good wk on track sets u back on track n focused. I want to see loads of little green stars in my book! Lol then a silver n a gold star ;-)
Diets do my head in fully stop! Depressing to think I'm a stone heavier than last yr :-( xx

kerry me 2 im fing sick as today. Craig gone in gyn iv just weighed now come to the car sick and nearly in tears dunno what to do to get passed this xx
