Kerry's final weight watchers diary!!!

I'm feeling I wish I'd stuck to my diet properly and be at my goal weight! :-( but luckily it's a flattering dress. She chose well for us. I'm not sure where I'm standing yet as we haven't had a rehearsal. I really can't wait tho, it's going to be such a fab day xx

I was same for my hols was 3lb from gold... 3 months later am now 10lb away!!! When I think of how I could be swanning around half naked.. Naked even!!! Well ya know what hun, you have lost a good bit so of course you will look fab and most important be confident about it xx

It's just depressing cos at Xmas I was 9st 13 ( for like a wk) lol I felt so good. I just then get complacent n put the weight back on. Can't wait to b there again. I'm going to Florida next may and I'm going to be at goal 9st 7! We will get there xx

At min I've been getting weighed at boots every two wk's with having things on. I will go back to weeklie once wedding is out of the way. I'm getting weighed fri, I think it will b a gain. Hoping for a sts. What's ur starting weight? Are u doing weight watchers? Xx
 
Yup I sure am, I started ww at xmas at 11st 4lbs... lost a stone, gained a bit, gained another bit... started minimins at 10 st 7.. maybe I should change my stats should i? Ya know what though, today's only tuesday, even a half pound down will be doable for friday xx

Yeh but I've been on my scales n looks like about 3lb gain! So that why I'm hoping for sts! Did have about 4 bad days so that will b why :-(
You'll b at target before me, you've got about 7 lb head start lol xx
 
Today's food intake, prob had about 1400, not tottered up properly, only walked dog for half hr today so just 150 cals burnt. Been feeling really off past couple days. Bunged up n sore throat :-(

Cinnamon n raisin bagel topped with banana

2 slices of malt loaf with low fat spread

Chips done in the actifry with peri peri salt
Chicken breast with nando's lemon and herb rub
Corn on the cob

May have over estimated, didnt have loads of chips

Just worked out around 1270, will prob have a cereal bar with a cuppa taking me to 1370. Trying to do this intermittent fasting, 8 hrs eating 16 off. Had breakfast at 11.30 so if I eat before 7.30 that's me done xx

I'm trying to do the fasting thing that u do. I didnt have my bagel till 11.30 then I had some malt loaf about 2.30, didnt want anything big with it being so close to dinner xx
 
You should check your calorie allowance on a TDEE calculator. I think that will still be a huge calorie undereat Hun. I eat at least 1500 a day and it stops me wanting to go mad!!! Well done on giving the fasting a go, how are u finding it? I had two days off tho weekend haha oooooops!!! X
 
I might try to add the fasting thing in! But I'm very simple can you choose a time? like if I do 9-6?

Hi Hun, it's an an 8 hour eating window, so 9-5 or 10-6 :) give it a go!!

Haha look at me trying to make everyone convert lol xxx

Found it ok yesterday, not had a full wk on it yet but the days I have been doing it I find I'm not that hungry till around the time to eat so that's a bonus. are u supposed to eat around 500 less than the tdee says then? I had around 1600 yesterday. Xx

The book says anything below your TDEE will give u a loss. I usually aim for 15-1700 a day, higher end if I exercise. I know a couple of people who weren't eating enough and had no losses and as soon as they ate more, they lost. Some people don't calorie count at all in their eating window and have good losses. Xxx

Hahaha yeah tell me about it! I'm suddenly becoming more relaxed about what I'm eating as I know it's in a window that doesn't stay open for long!
Like today, I had a mini muffin and a cookie. Tht would have led to a binge and me thinking it's a bad day before, but it doesn't anymore and because I k ow I can eat what I want really, I don't feel the need to be a big fat pig xxx

That's true. I felt like that today actually, although I didnt eat loads I felt satisfied with what I eat. Prob cos I eat late n wasn't long in between meals xx
