Kerry's final weight watchers diary!!!

That doesn't sound too bad really... I suppose if you had a plan for those 8 hours and when times up its up.. How does weekends and alcohol work there?! Can you invent a new 3am window haha xx

Well I've only just started it really. I haven't had a full wk on it yet. I suppose when I'm going out ect then the plan goes out the window, I'll just not have as many cals on those days n re start the day after x

Alcohol for me is a massive killer.. Well it was!! I used drink cans of bulmers!! Cans!! Bout 10 a night haha 80pp on drink alone.. Now I've found low cal wine, 2 glasses a week and I'm grand.. xx

I love flavoured ciders, really calorific aren't they! Not fair! I try n stick to vodka n diet coke if I have a drink. Although when I'm out with the girls it doesn't always go to plan, wine, vodka, cider, spirits! U name it lol xx

Hahaha I just restarted on Sunday!! After drinking Friday, I couldn't fast on a hangover!! X

Total cals around 1700 - 1800 ( hoping this fasting works) seems to many cals xx
 
Well tried the dress on ton n it fits but only just fits! No room for error now! Gym mode for the next wk! aiming for 1400 a day on fasting. I just think 1800 is a bit too much. I want to lose weight n not small amounts xx

sounds good hun! dentist is good for diet as cant actally feel my mouth to eat paha doesnt stop me struggling to drink a malibu though... purely medicational reasons obvs :p lol got some bits from icelands as passing & got some mini chicago town micro pizza for tommorrow as its a non cal counting day... & omg i had no idea how many cals were in just 1 of the small pizzas... its. like 450+ what the?! u get 2 in a pack & i lived on these for my dinner after uni :S so 900-1000 cals without even knowing... crazy!!! x

It's shocking the calories in things, something u might look at n think oh that's 200 cals n turned out to b more. like today, I went to mums for dinner, she had rump steak in but I opt for sirloin cos she had to get a extra bit, only chose it cos I prefer it. Turns out 250g sirloin is 250 n rump is 460 :-0 whopping 200 more xx

Varies really , banana around 80-100 dep on size
Apples - 60 - 80
Strawberries quite low

Yeh I sometimes eat fruit but not everyday xx
 
Fast finishing, eat later than I should have so fasted for 17 hrs. Burnt 700 cals with gym and walking dog

Really enjoying this new way of eating. Because I have a certain amount of time to eat in I'm not feeling deprived. Actually eating quite a lot here's today's food intake

Me too! I weighed 10st 1.5 again this morning. Have stuck there for a few days now but not eaten as healthy as I could!

maybe it will go down next wk. I'm trying to eat a bit healthier in time frame too. although when u have quite a few cals to play with its hard to chose healthy sometimes isn't it. you're doing really well xx

Sticking with this fasting lark! Didnt seem as hungry last night too. Think my body must be getting used to it.
