Kerry's final weight watchers diary!!!

So weighed at boots n looking like half pound gain, it's saying 10st 12 but it does it kg too n compared to last wk it looks like half a pound. My scales said 10st 11 this morning. Plus I have been to gym n drank a fair bit of water and eat 2 hrs ago. I'm ok with that cos mon morning my scales said 11st 1 :) xx

if u were 10.11 today but wer 11.1 on mon u should be very proud of that :) well done u huni! xxx

Cinnamon n raisin bagel with banana

M n s roast beef with roast onions n mayo sandwich

Ww sausage n mash with broccoli

M n s count on us trifle
M n a rhubarb n custard sweets
3 glacier sweets
2 mini Cadbury mallows

If I'm up early I do. Like wed morning when I got up at 4.30 I had a couple. With me working lates a few days a wk tho I've been getting up at 9 going to gym, taking dog out n then it's usually end of fast xx

Yeah!! Since I've been back at work I've been having 2/3 before and weight has stayed the same really so thinking I need to stop?!?! X

Maybe, wouldn't imagine a couple of drinks would make a diff tho? My weight has gone up a 1lb on my scales this morning. Can't understand why. I have been gym mon thur fri , do u think that makes a diff? Bit pissed off! Lol .. Gonna stop weighing daily tho xx

I'm going to stick with this anyway cos its so much easier. It's means I can have t's with the other half without having to count n weigh. nice stews n gammon meals Mmm ..

If it means it's coming off slowly then I don't mind. If it gets to jan n I'm no where near my 9st 7 that I want to b for may then I'll up my game xx
 
Walked to the gym n back this morning. Only a mile to n from in total

Walk to gym - 80 cals
Gym - 525
= 605 cals burnt :)

Ww sausage n Tomatoe sandwich - 450
Milk - 100
 
I felt like you two a fee weeks ago I thought sod it but then started weight watchers again and I must say im not think about it just eating but still counting and its working. its so hard being a woman isn't it pfft xx
