Fell off AGAIN last night! My total cals stayed below 2k, but I ate chocolate and ice lollies.
Which brings me to the next thing.....
I'm stopping keto. It's not for me. I can do low carb but full keto is brutal to stick to! Instead, I'm going to remain low carb but allow some good ones in, keep track of my total cals and eat more protein than fat. Eating proper fruit and veg will make me feel better, and I won't beat myself up if I want to eat a slice of bread!
