Morning everyone! Have been a bit slack over the weekend with my diary, have been dropping in to read everyone else's though. Not sure what's going on with my head at the moment, I woke up as normal. Jumped on the scales, as normal (scales read 250lbs BTW). Went down to get some cereal and spotted the spare CD packs, so thought to myself. Lets get them used up!
So had a cappuchino shake for breakfast. No coffee so far and a pint and a half of water down! Got leek & potato for dinner and popping into Tesco at lunchtime to get some salad and chicken for tea!
My mouth already feels rank, I think it's the coating from the shake and then the water. I figure even if I can do this for a few days, I might not hit ketosis, but at least it will give me a boost for Wednesdays WI.
Hope everyone else had a weekend? I had this saturday off, it was bliss! Sunday evening I sat down and I actually felt like I had, had a weekend off! Back to work next Saturday though, still I need the money more than I need the relaxation at the moment!
