Hmm, starting to worry about WI. Have drunk 1.75 litres and only had 1 wee!!!! I am now not drinking anything until after weigh in! lol
 
I do hope so, managed a little poo this afternoon (TMI! hahahaha). Always go for a wee before weigh in, even if I don't think I need one. Am wishing I hadn't weighed this morning now, cause I know what I 'could' possibly be. BUt know I'll be a few lbs up from all that water!

We're never happy are we?!
 
I am sure it's taken 4 hours for the last 15 mins to pass?! Why does time go so slowly when your waiting for something? Plus can't wait to have a tetra and my coke zero, but not till after WI!

Uh oh! I just ate... a slice of ham, a slice of chicken and 5 grapes!

I thought I would be fine about it, but feel really, really guilty. I didn't really want it, I was just treating myself in the only way I know. Oh well, I guess the fact I feel guilty (which is a new feeling for me) is a good thing.

Never mind, it won't have knocked me out of ketosis, so as far as I am concerned tomorrow is Day 4. Best change my signature to 'Day 3 - 90%'. lol

Secretly I'm hoping for 3lbs as that will get me back to my previous CD lowest! But 7lbs in the first few days is pretty good, so if I don't get those 3lbs I won't be too miffed.

Next goal, to be 16st something!!!! I can't believe I got so close to being 19st. Never again!
 
I just want to post on how I am feeling at the moment, I seem to have found a new level of excitement and motivation. I just wish the days would pass quicker, so I can get results quicker. Realistically though, it is going to be at least 2 weeks until I get into the 16 stone bracket.

I am trying to work out how much weight I need to lose to drop a dress size? At my heaviest I had, had to move up into a size 24 trouser, but I wasn't in them for long, I'm comfortable in my size 22's again now. I haven't been able to get into a size 20 for 4 years.

My size 20 trousers seem so little, I can't imagine ever getting a 14?!

I 'think' that when I got to under 16 stone years ago, I was managing to squeeze into a size 20 trouser? I wish I'd kept a diary back then so I can reflect on it. So once I've done my 3 stone goal I might be a dress size down.

Can't wait. Hope time flys by!
 
I've just worked out that, that is only 1st 11lbs away. That really doesn't seem that far away? If I aim for 3/4lbs a week (which I think is realistic at my current weight) then thats only 6-8 weeks away.

:bliss: I think I might have hit my ketosis high! lol
 
Hi Kez.

I'm 5ft 7, weight at 15.5stone and am in a size 18 trousers/skirt (a little looser now). But I have big baps, lol.. so am in a size 20 top, although that is begining to get baggy around the chest area now.. you are only 3" shorter then me.. so I'd say a size 18 is around 15.5 - 16stone for me. I desperately want to get into a size 14 again and SW right now is not giving me good losses. Really tempted daily to use my shake's up, just to boost the losses and carry on with sw when they've gone..

I'm a size 22 bottom and a tight 20 on top, sounds like I am the opposite of you. I am only a C cup and carry my weight most on my bottom half. So if I aim for a size 20 by 15st 11lbs, cause that will be 3 stone down! Hopefully it'll happen, if it's a lose 20, then that'll just be a bonus!
