Go u baby bell! I had to push myself to go to the gym today but glad I did cos feel loads better! Then again in the mornin xx
 
Well I'm back on track now, gonna try stickin to 26!! I know I can do it. Me n my friend have gave eachother a good talking too, we usually spur eachother on bit we have both been really bad just lately, prob why I haven't been good, so we're both back on it big time n mean business! ... Haha if I had a pound for every time I've said that.. Got Vegas this yr n don't want to feel a frump in my bikini, that's a good incentive n just got to keep that in mind!
Had a reay good workout today n feel loads better! Even started the day with hot water n lemon! Will post my diary later :) xxx
 
26/26 plus went to gym :)

Went to the gym, did 20 min treadmill, 20 min strider, 20 min bike 5 min rower ( hate rower) n weights! I was knackerd haha xx

Well I managed to stick to 26 yesterday, went to bed really hungry but felt so much better this mornin! Goin to try n just stick to 26 today aswel, as I've prob had quite a lot of weeklies tue n wed! Xx

Yeh I get the hunger in bed but I'm starting to get used I it again it takes time though! Well done I didn't go to the gym my friend couldn't be bothere and I'm staying with her so didn't go :(

Never go to bed starving hun. U'll binge when u wake. Have a glass of water r piece of fruit. Well done on sticking to 26 :)
 
Haha well I'm prob exaggerating saying I was starving, I did have a glass of water n apple about 9.30pm. Think it's cos for the past month i've gone to bed quite full! Haha .. Takes time for my stomach to adapt! Xx

I have to push myself to go to gym, didn't go today cos usually packed on a sat n it's having a refurb so the gym is now in a smaller room for a few wk! Even when it's quiet seems busy xx
 
37/26 sat so 11 pp over, not great but better than I have been doin just lately. X

Been to gym today, burnt 600cals, quite pleased with myself. Does anyone know how many AP that would b? Having stew n dumplings for t, so looking forward to it xx

Well all I know is an hour aerobics is 2 points. That's loads did u do a spin class? Well done on staying on track hun
