Am now about to have a off plan brekkie - am feeling really very rough & need some proper sausages, and bread, with butter. Plus Jimoftroy told me yesterday that food eaten when ill is free - fact!
It is so true and even better is that if you eat it from hubby's plate it is also free !!!

Breakfast: Pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mullelright, 35g fruit & fibre (HEB)
Snack: Carrot sticks & Cheery Tomatoes
Lunch: Salmon with Salad and some Orzo pasta with roasted veg.
Dinner: HM Fish Pie (cod, haddock, salmon, prawns, spinach, onions, garlic, with a sauce made with philly light (HEA) topped with mashed potato (has 1 syn of light sunflower spread in it). With steam carrots.

Just popped in to say that I saw your photos on another post and both you and your hubby look great . It was interesting to see the difference as I'm a similar weight and height.
