Long time no see !

I'm sooooo glad you're back (and off the nasty steroids:mad:) bloody awful things aint they sweetie :()

Look at you and your glam new avatar!! :D you look so different, stunning!

Good luck with your 1st day back on plan, it wont take long to get back to target ;) x x x

Ooooff, I've come home to a bit of mess. We had new carpet put in last week and OH's dad has come round to plane the doors for us. Very helpful but rather than go to do my last c 2 5k tonight, I'm going to spend my evening hoovering up wood shavings. Fun. I'd go later but OH is out and online shop man is coming between 9 and 10pm. Bummer.

I was starving when I got in so boiled myself two eggs. Nom. And had two (yes, just two!) milk bottle sweets. 1 syn. I can SO do this. 12 syns for the day xxx

Final amend for the day (all positive may I add). I opted not to have the veetee rice and went for plain boiled rice instead. I had another two milk bottles but rather than have my milkybar, I went for a skinny cow lolly. So my syns for today are...

4 milk bottles - 2 syns
Skinny cow lolly - 4.5 syns
Sweet chilli sauce - 2.5 syns

So only 9 syns today...100% day done. Xxx

Awww, fanks Pesty and CD. Did you notice I actually have a bottle lid on my nose?! Hahaha.

I'm very proud of the fact I managed a proper 100% day yesterday, I feel like I haven't done one for ages. Today might be a bit tricky though as I am going out for lunch to a mexican place and it's a tasting session for a new menu so I don't even know what the menu is (that is my pet hate!). So I think I am going to do EE today, but this is subject to change!

Tuesday 10th May - Extra Easy (provisionally!)

Breakfast - Fat free greek yoghurt with strawberries and blueberries. Water.

Mid morning - Costa medium skinny latte (Hex A) and banana.

Lunch - who knows. I'm hoping I can have some fajitas without the wrap. Am saving my Hex B to put towards oil!

Mid afternoon snack - Fat free activia yoghurt and more blueberries.

Pre-gym snack - Cherry tomatoes.

Dinner - Potato wedges, quorn sausages, more tomatoes and mushrooms.

Doing C25K Week 9 day 3 today!

xxx

Back from my lunch and just about to try and work out the syns. I had a lot of salady bits, the equivalent of one and a half tortillas (so 10.5 syns), mango sorbet (3 syns) and some guacamole (3 syns). So slightly over my 15 syns for the day but I saved my Hex B so that should help.

No more syns for the rest of the day, but am happy with how it went.

:D:D PMSL I hadnt even noticed that!
Silly sod:p ;)

God I lurrrrve mexican food!

Sadly my restraint left me and rather than have cherry toms before the gym, I had 9 syns worth of liquorice allsorts. Doh. And I had pasta instead of potato for my dinner, not so doh! And despite the fact I've done it twice, I couldn't manage the last go at C25K...I ran for 23 mins before the heat in the gym got too much. I think going at 730pm doesn't work for me so shall go later on Thursday. xxx

Morning all.

MASSIVE congratulations to Pesty for getting to target. Excellent work!

After a slightly disappointing 25.5 syns yesterday, I wanted to stick to 10.5 today to get to my 15 syns a day average. However, we ordered loads of lunch food for a meeting and then the meeting got cancelled. So we have to eat the lunch or else it'll go to waste.

So my day has changed a bit!

Anyway, today's diary...

Wednesday 11th May - Red

Breakfast - skinny latte (Hex A1). 42g All Bran (Hex B1), M&S Low Fat Natural Yog (2 syns), Strawberries and Blueberries.

Mid morning snack - Banana

Lunch - Brown bread for sandwiches (Hex B2), small bit of cheese in sandwich (Hex A2). 15 syns for a couple of crisps and mayo in said sarnies.

Dinner - Mushroom and pepper stir fry.

17 syns for the day, which takes me to 51.5 for the week. Which I'll round up to 55. So I have 50 syns to last me 4 days.

Sorry for the delay in updating today...I have been on a pet forum finding out about Giardia, which my poor little boy kitty has (how Lola hasn't caught it, I have no idea)!

Anyway, diary for today is...

Thursday 12th May - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs, 2 quorn sausages, three rashers of bacon (no fat), mushrooms and tomatoes.

Lunch - Skinny latte (Hex A). Cold pasta with tuna, salad cream (2 syns), tomatoes and cucumber. Banana.

Dinner - I am going out with a friend tonight to discuss plans for our friend's hen do. I think we'll probably go to the harvester so I'll have an Original Spitroast chicken with jacket potato and LOTS of salad. I'll have a brown roll as my Hex B (2 syns for spread), and then use the rest of my syns on some sauce for my salad.

Yea, I got off slow train at Stratford but the central line is broked so I had to get back on slow train Liverpool street and I'm now on slow bus. And a costa woman tried to palm me off with a full fat latte!

The strawbs from M&S are awesome, 'spensive but tasty. I'm really excited about my dinner.

It's so bloody hard maintaining when you first start...the first thing I had was a pork pie!!

You'll do it though babes and once I've got my steroid/celebrating promotion weight off, I'll be maintaing with you.

Although once I've been bridesmaid in sept, I'm gonna try and lose another 7lb I think

xxx

Oh no!! Mean costa lady!! I hope you made her change it!!

Im so glad i work in Chelmsford, I can walk to work in less than and hour and it still takes me less time than when i use to work in london!!

Ive never been a fan of thai green curry!! I dont know what i dont like about it thou!! I will have to try it again sometime just to be sure haha.

Maintaining is hard, so far its more scary though, not knowing how much more i can have and if its too much or not enough!! Im also quite scared that i'll fall into old traits, but its been a year so im hopin not!!

xx

Morning all.

So, I went to WI last night. And as you can see from my stats and my sig, I am now out of target range by a fair way. I hadn't been to class for SEVEN weeks and put on 7.5lbs since I last week. Ooops. Looks like I'm paying for the next few weeks!

To try and claw back a fair amount of this gain (thoroughly deserved may I add), I am doing Fast Forward this week. Now I know this isn't supposed to be spoken about on here so I shan't be leaving my food diary. But I'll be around and moaning a lot about I how hungry I am, I imagine.

So pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease look after me. I think I'll need all the help I can get!

You can do it hun!! 7 weeks means you gained 1lb a week on average which isnt toooo bad considering you werent on plan!!

You can lose more than 1lb a week i have seen you do it!! Your back on track now and will be back in T range in no time!!

YOU CAN DO IT!!!! xx
