Kirstabubble's Food Diary - Back on it 100% :)

Right, so it's my birthday today :) I'm not going to stick to plan - this is the first birthday for a couple of years where I've felt on top form (two years ago I was poorly sick and last year I felt fat and horrid from the steroids I had to take for being poorly sick). So, I'm going to enjoy it, but make decent choices (well, mostly).

Friday 5th November -Birthday

Breakfast - Fruit and Fibre with Skimmed milk. Banana.

Mid-morning - Krispy Kreme (one of my bad choices).

Lunch - either Nando's (1/4 chicken with rice and corn) or sushi.

Dinner - Chicken rogan, with plain boiled rice, one poppadum, mango chutney.

Alcohol - this is where is goes wrong - beer with dinner (2 pints) then some cocktails in Windsor (three Margahitas probs).

Right everyone. After my birthday week extravaganza, I am back on plan. I had a great time, drank too much, ate too much, blah blah blah. Not going to weigh in tonight as I'm out for dinner (again) but we're just going to the best steak restaurant ever, so shouldn't be too bad :)

Monday 8th November - Red Day

Breakfast - Muller light.

Lunch - cottage cheese, smoked salmon, king prawns and veg. Ryvita mini's (Hex B 2).

Dinner - Steak (cooked in butter so 5 syns). Not sure of my side yet but will probs be cooked in oil so am using Hex B 1 for oil. Wine (6 syns). Cocktail (6 syns).

I think work are also going to give me drinks today but will just have a small glass of champers (4 syns). There maybe some cake but I hope not!

Oh well, I was good for most of last week and will be good for the rest of the week, so am hoping for a STS at least next Monday. I shall work towards some form of loss though

Not at all sad!!! I bought mine last wednesday and got VERY excited about it!! Its mine and OHs first xmas in our new flat!!

I definitly agree with the 'pinch' of salt thing!!! and 'glug' of oil *pours in half a bottle* - he's suppose to be the model for healthy cooking!!

Hope you have fun with your friend and at the gym!!!
