Uh oh. I may have eaten some sweeties AND some chocolate...I had 2 syns worth of Haribo, 5 syns worth of Jelly Tots and 5 syns worth of chocolate. Oh dear. And before weigh in as well. Tut tut.

Damn food fairies lol they're always sticking their noses in where they're not wanted!!

Im sure you'll get out the 1/2lb club soon, i can only think that your body is starting to plateau so things like upping the water and changing your days up a bit will help.

It always helps me on EE if i change to 1/2 my plate free food instead of a 1/3 or to less the carbs i have with my meals xx
 
Right, I've got 3.5lb til my 2.5 stone and I WILL get it before Christmas. I'm away for three days at the weekend, so although I shall be having lots of meals out, I shall make the right choices. I have also been a bit rubbish on the water front, so I must make sure I drink 2 litres everyday.

Tuesday 23rd November - Green Day

Breakfast - Oats So Simple (Hex B 1) with 200ml milk from Hex A.

Snack - Pear

Lunch - Pasta with veg and sweetcorn, activia yoghurt with tsp sugar 1 syn (can't bear the taste, eeek).

Snack - Nectarine & Biscuit (4 syns)

Pre-tennis snack - 2 x whole meal toast (Hex B 2) with low fat cheese (Hex A 2).

Dinner - Mug shot.

Syns for today = 5 syns.

Pesty is right about maybe changing your days or what you're eating to shock your body a bit. I was getting a bit stuck on 1/2 pounds so I did a week of getting loads of ss and staying on green days drank green tea & lemon too(dont know if thats made a difference but its helped my tum a lot) had a 2.5 loss my biggest in ages:)

Bring on the mushy pea curries and melon!!!!
 
Awwww thanks guys. I really do need to up my speed foods. Money is super tight at the moment, and I'm away next weekend for three days, so I'm just trying to use up bits and pieces at the mo. I get paid next Tuesday so I can go and do a shop and get lots of healthy stuff. I want to try red days but they don't seem to agree with me. So I think I'll stick to Green and EE and see how it goes. I seriously think it's because I've not been drinking enough water so I'll work on that this week :)

Diary for today...

Wednesday 24th November - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana and Oats So Simple (Hex B) with 200ml skimmed milk (part of Hex A, rest to be used in tea).

Snack - Digestive (3.5 syns)

Lunch - Butternut squash and carrot soup. Muller light.

Snack - 2 x plums

Dinner - chicken and mushrooms with pasta and mixed veg.

Exercise - 30 mins step on the Wii. Also had an hours tennis lesson yesterday.

I'm embracing the half pound way of life. I'm gonna be REALLY good when I go away this weekend as I intend to lose more than that at my next weigh in!

How many syns do you think I should have? I try to average about 8 a day but I'm not sure it's working. Do you reckon I should try for the full 15? Something to ponder, I guess.

So yesterday, I had one scan bran with a bit of philly light on it, which was 2 syns so I managed 5.5 syns yesterday. I think I am going to aim for 12 today!

Thursday 25th November - Green Day

Breakfast - Oats So Simple (Hex B 1) with 200ml skimmed milk (part of Hex A 1, rest to be used in tea).

Lunch - JP with beans. Pear

Snack - small Costa Skinny Latte (2.5 syns), Pick n Mix :) (6 syns)

Dinner - Omelette made with 2 eggs, low fat cheese (Hex A 2), mushrooms, mixed veg and tomato ketchup (1.5 syns).

10 syns for today, pleased with this.

I never got round to going on the Wii Fit last night as I had loads of stuff to sort out but I should get home a bit earlier today so will definitely do it tonight. I'll be going to the gym first thing tomorrow morning as well, as I have a docs appointment at 10am and so am going into work late. I'm having my Implanon put into my arm and I made the mistake of looking at the needle they're putting in me tomorrow. Looks 'lovely'.

Implanon wise, ive had mine in for a year, it looks scarier than it is and it doesnt hurt that much but bruises a little bit!

Syns wise i would divided your left over weekly allowance out to do the days ie.

So far - 10.5 (Tues & Weds)
Weekly allowance - 105 (Tues - Mon)
So...

105-22.5 means you have 94.5 left over 5 days.

You can either, divide it equally between the 4 days (18.5 per day) or say today you have 8, tomorrow you have 8 and monday you'll have 8 then it'll be 35 syns on say and 35 syns on sunday.

Its up to you how you do it though huni xxx
 
So is the constant * week due to the Implanon? I'm peeved I have to come off the blooming Pill but because of migraines, I'm not allowed the combined one, and the doc thinks I should avoid pills in general cos of my Crohn's. Annoying!

Thanks for the advice re the syns. I think I'm going to have a go at this weekly malarky.

Reckon I should get eating!
