You know yourself how you feel about things, and if you know that you're feeling quite relaxed and want to take it steady then that is totally the thing to do. :)
If you try to force a major effort on yourself when it isn't the right time for you it would be unlikely to have a good ending....speaking from experience here:rolleyes:
 
Okay At The Moment I Weigh 189.2lbs! Im never going to weigh this again (hopefully) Im going walking at night still, and im thinking of getting up earlier and doing a lil on the treadmill each morning, so hopefully i can :D and it helps get the weight going off

Okay Well I Didnt Do The Hour That I Hoped Too lol i Did 5 mins on the treadmill this morning, but thats cause I Was Running Late, but 5 mins is better than no mins!

I didn't go to the gym today, but I did walk a fair bit; into, around, and then back from town...so that'll do for the moment...
 
Oh hun, I'm so sorry, I had no idea you were feeling like that & having to deal with all that.

I won't offer any advice (as you don't want that) but I will say you have to do what's right for you & bugger the consequences!!

Re; your blog.....When I was 19.....snap. Except I got engaged to the guy too.

I'd think carefully about what YOU want.
In the next year, where do you want to be? How do you want your day to be?

Tell him what YOU need.

He clearly needs to change unless he wants to be alone, if he can't give you a bit more attention and respect - if I were you, I'd leave. It might not need to be forever, just enough for him to realise what he's screwed up.......

EDIT - Sorry that sounds like a bit of a lecture :rolleyes:

*sigh* Last night got home from shopping. Sat on the bed and ate a whole bag of crisps. Why? Dunno why though. I new i shouldnt i even stopped and put them back but then i got them again and ate the rest of them
 
Sunday night, I used all the points I'd saved for a night out by eating an entire packet of cr*ppy bland rice crackers- just cos they were infront of me and I was feeling down.

Learning to do something else to help the emotional issues takes a long time, and doesn't work 100% of the time, but if you can do something else nice for yourself, like go have a bath with some candles and music you like on, then you can reduce the times making yourself feel better ends up making you feel worse later on.....

Just caught up with your December blog entry. Sounds like a difficult situation with bf's sis. It is probably one of those times that you'll never be thanked for trying to help until you are asked to though, so I'd just wait and see how it plays out!
In reference to the thought that 'B' would help you to lose weight if you had the guts to do it..... If you look into it, you'll find that it actually will make you gain weight over time as it cannot be used as a tool to lose weight...it will end up controlling you and making all the food issues much much worse. It is a terrible option to consider seriously, I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy- So don't you dare!!! :copon: Keep yourself healthy!!!
