Slowly Shrinking. Yay!!
And once again i disappeared, but no more. I am in the right head space and determined to do it! I weighed myself at work the other day for this first time in nearly a year and could of cried. I am now the heaviest I have ever been. 111kgs ( 17st 6lb)
I'm going to go a weightwatchers / healthier eating. I think I'm way to fussy to do proper diet. Hope you are still around Jools?!?!? I need a Pal!
