Weekend away with the girls down to visit friend in Kilmarnock so syns have been saved for this weekend or night should i say!!
Saturday 15th January 2011 – Extra Easy
Brunch – 2 slice brown bread, dairlea triangle, fried egg in fry light and bacon no fat in fry light, water
Snack – pineapple and toffee crisp (when on bus to visit friend – 11.5 syns), Diet Irnbru
Dinner – pasta with chopped tomatoes, chilli, courgette, onion, peppers, green beans, water
Drinks – 2 jagerbombs – usually use half a can red bull for each one so 1 can – 5 syns, using 20 cals rule as jagermeister has 102 syns im going to say 5 for each shot so both drinks = 15 syns
8 x vodka diet coke = 2.5 * 7 = 20 syns
Total syns = 46.5 syns
Weekly = 61.5 syns
Sunday 16th January 2011 – Extra Easy
Breakfast – was bad had a greggs chicken mayo sandwich low fat one with salad (380 cals) – using 20 cals to 1 syn = 19 syns, can’t believe I wasted that on that but I had to grab something before I got bus home and was really hungover!! With Water and Irnbru
Dinner – chicken tikka curry (Slimming world friendly), syn free chips with mushrooms, onions, peppers, cauliflower, water
Supper – 2 slice brown bread, dairlea triangle and bacon and tomato with no fat in fry light, water
Syns – 19 syns
Total Weekly Syns = 80.5
Monday 17th January 2011 – Green
Breakfast – 2 slice brown bread, dairlea triangle and quorn chicken meat, water
Lunch – home made soup made by my mum as I was sooooo hungover, cauliflower, broccoli, courgette, leek and celery, 2 x Clementine’s
Dinner – bachelors pasta (ham, leek and cheese) with only water, with lots vegetables, carrots, onion, mushrooms, celery, courgette and pepper and some syn free chips, water
Supper – 2 slice brown bread with egg and dairlea cheese triangle, water
Syns = 0 today
