Well it was wi last night and I maintained kinda happy as its star week so I guess could be that! I better lose this week!
Tuesday 18th January 2011 – Green Day
Breakfast – 2 slice brown bread, quorn meat and dairlea triangle, water
Snack – apple, water
Lunch – home made soup, small brown roll, quorn meat and dairlea triangle, water
Dinner – quorn chilli, with mushrooms, carrot, red kidney beans, courgette, peppers, onion, syn free chips, water
Supper – fat free supernoodles, water
