A little Oliver update:

He's now taking 6oz bottles and finishing them! So we are going to up them to 7oz from tonight.
He's also going about 5 hours between feeds now, meaning he's down to 5 bottles a day..
It means we've had a couple of really good nights, like last night, where he's had a bottle at 10, slept from 11-4 before asking for another :)
These nights are becoming more frequent so hoping with upping his bottles, he'll make it a regular occurance!

And here's some of the latest photos:

Well done Oliver, that sounds promising. I'm impressed he is going 5 hours between milk. My Oliver only goes 4. What happens if you give milk to him every 4 hours during the day? Will he go longer at night?

Love the photos x

He probably would but I've tried feeding him after 4 hours a few times now and he'll take the bottle but he doesn't drink anything so ends up with his dummy instead!
He has had days where he wants his milk after 4 hours but no that often.
I've just finished feeding him and his last feed was at 8:15 so he went 5.5 hours!!!
Going to give him 7oz at his 10pm feed and if he keeps it down, it should mean he sleeps longer.
Fingers crossed! X

Have had a really lovely day with my little family- done a 3 mile walk and had a BBQ tonight. All on plan too :)

Can't be bothered to write it all down now, I'm so tired!

So 4 days on plan complete :) x

It will be rebound from your low days you had last week.i used to do fasting and would drop up to 4 pounds after low days and regain them pretty much straight away after high days :( plus side it did even out over time and generally dropped pounds x

Ah right that makes sense!
Let's hope it evens itself out soon! X

Well my scales were down 1.5lbs from yesterday which would make a 1/2lb loss so far... Going to try another low cal day and see what they say in the morning...
If there's not much difference I'm just going to stick to SW tomorrow instead of low cal esp as it's our wedding anniversary and I've planned a lovely SW meal for dinner...
I was really hoping for as much off as poss this week as I've got a couple of really tough weeks coming up- lots of meals out, etc so it's gonna be difficult to stick to plan...
As long as I maintain for the next few weeks I'll be happy, even a small gain... I just have to try and be good on the days inbetween so I don't end up back at square one...

Just had my friend visiting Oliver, was lovely to see her :)

Oliver has another decent nights sleep- that's 4 in a row now!!
He's having 4x 6oz bottles during the day and a 7oz before bed and that's really helping :)

Right I'm off out to Tesco before little man (who is 10 weeks old today!) wakes for lunch.
Here's today's food:

Breakfast:
27g Quaker multigrain oats, 140ml skimmed milk, 1tsp Nutella, coffee made with milk- 187 cals (HEXA, B and 1.5 Syns)

Snack:
Milkybar- 69 cals (3.5 Syns)

Lunch:
Tesco large fish selection sushi- 356 cals (7 Syns)

Snack:
Coffee made with milk and a Freddo- 107 cals (5 Syns)

Dinner: chilli, Tilda Mexican bean chilli rice- 556 cals (2.5 Syns)

Total cals: 1275 (19.5 Syns)

Scales are saying a 1lb loss in total, which I'm really miffed about :(
But I'm not going to let it derail me the day before WI- I'm kinda hoping they've got stuck or something and I'll be rewarded with a lovely 2.5lb off in the morning!!

Anyway today is my wedding anniversary :)
3 years :)
For dinner we are having new potato and bacon salad with asparagus followed by chocolate banana tiramisu- all for 3.5 Syns!
Recipes are from the Love Summer booklet that I got for buying a countdown.
Rest of Syns will be going on Prosecco ;)

In other news, Oliver woke at 6 for his bottle!!!
This is after having a 7oz bottle at 10pm!!
And hubby said he wolfed it down, it did take him til 12 to get to sleep but that's a massive 8 hours between bottles!
Then at 6, he wolfed down 6oz and was sound asleep at 6:30!!
I think that makes it 5 nights in a row now that he's only woke once in the night for milk and the times are getting later :)

Anyway off out to do food shop soon and then stay in and cook! Got a taster morning at group tomorrow and the weather here is shocking so we'll stay in :)
Will post food later xx

Happy wedding anniversary. Food sounding delicious. Try not to worry about the scales. It could just be your body playing games and go back down tomorrow.

Well done Oliver, that's great sleeping. Yes not that nice a day here. Stopped raining but pretty dull.

Thanks :)

It's still raining here but the sun is trying to come out... Warm still...

Yeh I'm very pleased with his sleeping, hope he keeps it up!
He's at the stage of putting everything is in his mouth which is rather cute :) xx
