Manic weekend, plot thoroughly lost. Fast went well on Friday, then I had all my husbands family here on Saturday for his parents 50th wedding anniversary. I didn't actually have a meal all day but i picked all day long and ate far too much. Mind you I was on my feet for a straight 12 hours and rushing about. Sunday was supposed to be a DD but I was doing the Race for Life which was much harder than it should have been as it was so humid. I do 5k easily every day and don't even break a sweat but I was in a puddle by the time I finished yesterday. Glad I did it though. When I got home No 1 son had made me a bacon butty, well what was I supposed to do about that?? Hoovered it down and then proceeded to hoover up all the left overs from Saturday as well. SO I have sent all the chocolate/biscuits etc that people brought me with my husband to work, he'll be popular today! Most food has now gone and what is left I don't really like so that's fine. DD today, Wed and probably Saturday as I'm out for dinner Friday night and we'll see how the scales look after that.
 
Had to be done! I am constantly reminded of the fact that I have no will power at all! Kids won't be happy when they realise but hey ho...

See some days I do & others I don't. Friday is my difficult day when I'm at home alone cps it's almost like well noone would know if I eat this....
 
Everything is harder when it's humid ... Not good.. Well done on still doing it and for getting rid of the naughties x
 
Just need to get rid of the naughty gain now! Don't even know what it is as I haven't been brave enough for the scales... I think tomorrow and Wednesday will be UDs and Thursday a DD, now going out for lunch on Wed and out for dinner on Fri, just when I thought I could have a quiet week! I'll maybe do a DD on Sat as well and weigh in Sun or maybe just weigh in Fri....

So 500 cals in total, 3.5 miles walked and a new app (called 7 minutes) done twice, nearly killed me!

My friend has that app & said it's a killer! That was enough to make me think no way!! Well done on a fab down day x
 
Struggling to get back in the zone but I keep trying! UD yesterday and I was WAY over. UD today too and I'm going out for lunch which will involve food and wine. Hoping either to have something small or have something larger and make it do me for the day. On the upside my dinner/drink out on Friday night has been cancelled so I can have an UD but a more controlled one. DD Saturday and weigh in Sunday I think. There will be a gain, just trying to minimise the damage as usual!
 
Stay strong Kitty!) I do think that sometimes if you really want to cheat your diet with a bit of wine and tasty food - IT IS OK!) just do not eat too much in the evening. I think the worst is to eat just before bed time(
 
You'll be ok babe. I'm on a dd today & am really struggling with it but I need to stay at it, it's cos I've done 3 in 5 days to try & lose the holiday gain x
 
Thank you ladies. Been out for lunch and only back now 5 hours later. Not too much food (chilli chicken noodle bowl) but 3 large glasses of pinot grigio. Dinner will be something small and I hope that will bring me in under calories as I had no breakfast.
 
DD today and I am STARVING. All day, have just eaten now though. Sandwich thin with ham and tomato and blue cheese triangle. Very nice too but can't wait for dinner!! Out tonight at an AGM so that should keep me safe until bed time. Maybe weigh in tomorrow or leave it till Sunday.

Sounds like me yesterday I wanted to cry I felt so hungry x
 
Thought I was going to pass out earlier I was so hungry, I have NEVER been like this before on a DD. Anyway, dinner shortly and that will sort me out.

I was like that yesterday KB it was awful & I had my breakfast as soon as I was up this morning
