Good to see you back. I'm doing fine, had lost 2 stone but looking at a gain this week I'm afraid. Back on the wagon though.
A good DD, 383 cals plus a breakaway whatever that makes. Controlled UD tomorrow and DD Sat, weigh in Sun.
 
Yes, 2 stone from fasting, about 40 pounds in total, I've been fasting since the beginning of February.
The breakaway was lovely!!
UD today, making it a very controlled one as I'll have another DD tomorrow and weigh in Sunday. Smallest son's exams finish today so we'll have his favourite treat for dinner, chippy tea! I'll not get a portion but will steal a few from the other plates and that will do me. It's Friday so I want a wee vodka and some crisps later!!

Marks and Spencers reduced fat sour cream and chive are my guilty pleasure. Not that they are that reduced in fat! Gorgeous though.
 
See I still can't drink after my vomiting 3 months ago cos of the cocktails!!!!! Wish same could happen with crisps but nothing stops me wanting them!!!!!!
 
Would love to have vodka, with a dash of vimto. Or a big glass of wine in the bath.

I'm a crisps over choc girl too, salt and vinegar till my tongue falls off thank you very much!
 
Can't do salt and vinegar but cheese and onion/sour cream and chive are my choice. Mind you if the only packet left was salt and vinegar you wouldn't hear me complaining...
UD yesterday ended up bad as usual, just can't get my act back together at all. I had a full portion of chippy chips. With cheese. And garlic sauce. AND crisps and vodka. DD today and then face the music in the morning and try to draw a line.
 
I think the jolt you need is to get on the scales cos you have been avoiding them in the hope they'll come down (just like I do). As you know if I don't weigh in it's like I'm not accountable. You can do it honey xx
