Right 2 off for me this week despite Mother Nature's best efforts so it is important to remember the following All UDs were uncounted and uncontrolled All DDs were strict 500 cals I did NO exercise due to injury to me and the dog MN is visiting I am taking heavy duty pain killers which bung me up so PF is awol And I STILL lost 2 pounds, albeit 2 of the 2.8 I put on last week so I am going to continue like this for the next week and we'll see.
A successful DD today, hasn't been difficult. Since I started eating properly on my UDs the DDs are much easier. I have had another read through my "Every other day diet" book again today and it has re-energised me, very interesting reading and very much AGAINST counting calories or anything else on an UD.
Fasting today and all easy so far. I'll have to mix things up a bit this week as I have a "do" to go to on Thursday and won't be able to avoid eating/drinking so I'm going to have 2 UDs in a row, then DD Friday and Sunday. Weight in Saturday possibly or might actually wait until Monday. Out on Monday night as No1 son finishes his GCSEs, DD Tue, UD Wed and then I'm off to England for 4 days and I have no idea what might happen then.....
UD yesterday and today should be down but it's not because I have a do tonight. Might do an in between sort of day, not eat until about 3 or 4 as I usually do on a DD but eat slightly more, then try to keep tonight's intake low as best I can. Then I'll do a DD tomorrow and weigh in Saturday. That's the plan anyway, could go horribly wrong once the first glass of wine is emptied.....
Oh I do envy people with a social life. (...though I secretly love being in my jammies by 7pm every night!) Hope you had a lovely time x
