Aw yes don't feel emotional ! You are doing AMAZINGLY well. All the exercise, all the counting and making conscious choices etc..
I had a massive chinese on Saturday night as well and I peeked on the scales Sunday morning and was 136lbs (4lbs up from my last weigh in) - as you mention I think/hope a lot of that is salt (however seeing as I did eat an entire medium pizza hut on Friday it may well be true gain!).
Thing is, what is the point of all this if we can't have something we fancy once in a while. We just both get back on track today, probably don't have another chinese for a few weeks, and if we do have a gain at WI - does it really matter? 1 week is not the end of the world and 1 gain will not undo all our hard work so far!
