Had a bad day yesterday suffering from major carb crash. Just felt totally flat and peed off with the world. Feeling ok so far this morning though so fingers crossed I'm past the worst of it although I did end up having more carbs than I should have last night so here's hoping it hasn't done too much damage.

Thanks Nee. I'm off on holiday on 2 days anyway so not overly bothered to be honest and it wasn't too horrific - one ferrero rocher and a couple of handfuls of pistachios. Could have been so much worse.
