Last 'diet' of my life - 8 stone gone!

Lol sorry all. Heading to Majorca although I've just been looking at the forecast and they are expecting rain, lol. Won't be happy about that.

I've gone into holiday mode now and the diet has gone out the window. That said I'm thinking when I lose any holiday gain I'm going to give maintenance a go for a while coz I keep getting told how thin I am and was actually asked today if I was ill coz my face is so drawn. That's my thinking just now anyway but ill see how it goes when I get back.

Feels like a lifetime Jim!

The holiday was good apart from a minor bout of food poisoning. And we won't mention the 15lb gain, lol. All being well it has given my metabolism a much needed boost and I can actually lose it without too many problems. Started back on Atkins yesterday and so far so good anyway.

I did although we phoned him every day. Only problem was getting to the phone for the kids, lol. DS is now even telling him he loves him!

Yes, even down to the cat lol. Were currently trying to rearrange my house to fit his stuff in as well although its not going too well. If it wasn't for the fact that DD is so settled here I'd have moved into his coz his place is so much bigger than mine.
