Hey!

I've decided to do a food diary to try help me shift this last stone which I'm finding really difficult.
I lost 3 stone with sw and have put a stone back on..... Been on various diets like slim fast, atkins etc and all I seem to be doing is putting weight on! I have a real weakness for sweet things and could go without a proper meal for days as long as I had chocolate! Not good.

My weigh day is Monday but I'm not sure if I'm gonna continue with my meeting as the leader isn't that interested how I get on!

Anyhow...... I shall start my diary from tomorrow! Wish me luck.

Done tons of walking today, feeling pretty knackered so gonna get the kids to bed and chill x
 
Well went into my weeklies last night by eating chocolate :eek: Gotta go Shopping in a bit as we have no nice food lol

Well I ended up having toast with marmalade for dinner 6pp and then a wispa which I can't seem to find the points for anywhere.....then 1 whisky 2pp.....oh and some toblerone 4pp

Why did I think it would be a good idea to bake cupcakes and cookies?! Been good all day then ate a cupcake for 10pp and a cookie ( not sure how to point)

Weigh in first thing tomorrow morning so thinking I will go bed early to stop eating anymore lol. On the plus side the kids loved my baking!

L- green Thai soup, crusty roll with a cheese slice 8pp

D- Soup and a roll 7pp ( was gonna be steak but will have that tomorrow instead)

Rice cake with 30g choc philli topped with rasperries 3pp!! ( this was amazing!)

Had a few drinks last night so should really take it out of my weeklies but decided to start fresh today.

Feel in a binge mood tonight! Trying really hard not to give in so I'm drinking Pepsi max and hoping it goes x

Well all my weeklies are now gone! I've used them for my weekend binges which I always seem to have, just have to stick to 26pp everyday now which shouldn't be that bad as I have a busy week planned.

I'm hoping to exercise 3 times this week, just trying to find a time that fits around the kids x
 
Oh no... Is 30g of choc Philly 5pp? I thought I'd worked it on the wheel thing as 2pp... Oops, oh well, knew it was too good to be true. X
 
No its 2pp lol the 5pp is for the rice cakes and Philli together! Sorry.
