**Laura Bella's diary** From SW TO CD wish me luck lol

thank you all, i dont think next week will be as good....AF is due and that causes probs with me i always cheat this time i am determined to go 100% and ride it through then see a good loss the following week.

On a green day today, just made a lovely spicy tomato pasta bake. Am due at work at 2pm i finish at 10pm so am taking some pasta and a few other bits to keep me going.

Well AF is here with a vengance, i dont have much of an apetite so didnt eat half of what i put in my diary yesterday.
Which i suppose is good cos now i have the left overs today and wont need to cook....bonus!!

went to morrisons today for some eat smart pork sausages....dam it they had none so i had to get a packet of cumberland ones. There not syn free but i needed some as im doing chicken cake tomorrow they're 1/2 syn each o well could be worse lol

Today i went to visit a friend who was due to give birth Saturday...thank god she never went into labour.. ha.

Got the new Harlan Coben book today cant wait to start reading it aww soooo exciting!!

Sorry didnt post yesterday was way too busy eating my kebab and cadburys choc sponge & cream .... (after wi of course....)
well this week i lost 2lb, which im thrilled about, thats half a stone in 2 weeks gone, whoppee!!!

Having a couple of EE days this week well 3 actually, chilli and rice, curry and rice and a big fat fry up bring it on!!!

i have just over 2 stone to lose until i reach my 1st target of 15 stone. i first set this target with the idea to start CD ... now im not sure what i will do? will i continue with SW i do not know yet and i've still got a way to go until that decision has to be made,...

i have a lot of small targets first off is to lose 6 pounds to finally gain my club 10 award...

next off is another 2 and half lb to get my 2 stone award....

i've had a slow start with SW, starting before Xmas was a good idea but its been hard shiffting the weight after xmas, i seem to be really and truly back on track now and am more determined than ever...

right now i am focussing on getting to 15 stone...
as this will take me from the clinically obese to just 'obese'...i say 'just' i know its still really bad but its something to aim for surely? lol

hi claire, i have been 'dieting' forever lol. No seriously towards the beginning of last yr i started WW, and i lost 3 stone it was hard work i was never satisfied or full up. I gave up and started SW now have lost 4 1/2 stone... im happy, how about you?XXX
