just got back from the gym it was hard work!
its my own fault haven't been since monday what do i expect.
Its true the more you go the easier it is must get the firmly glued into my mind!!!
haven't ate anything yet so am just gonna plan my food.
i need to take sum laxitives or something i am quite constipated at the mo :-(
Morning-worked last night boo hoo, wasnt too busy got in bout half 9 ish.
Spent the whole day spring cleaning yesterday got 8 bags of rubbish from my bedroom to take to the dump later on.
Tried on my summer clothes from last yr they full off me ... Ebay here i come. Not gonna sell them until May sorta time when people will be looking for summer bits. Got mainly cropped jeans. Really nice ones from Evans ... im hoping that with the money i get from them to replace them...only this yr i can fit into clothes from most shops that go up to a 22/24... asda have got some nice cropped jeans only a 10er with 10% off thats £9 a massive saving im used to paying over £25 in the rip off shop 'Evans'...
not any more now im on the road to slimville ha ha ha....
anyway onto todays plan
hi ev1 just a quick update i put on a lb this week. i was gutted but have been extremly constipated and i know i should have carried on being 100% but i had the last 2 days off plan ...
today i have started off ok so lets just see how the day go's fingers crossed.

well hello everyone i am back!
i litterally had a week off plan, through no fault but my own.
the scariest thing is i lost a lb this week lol.
last week i was so constipated i put on a lb so i got a lil suspision thats whats helped me lose this week.
Anyway me and my aunt are on a mission this week to lose more than ever b4...it starts today and i've already been naughty lol ( i mean i'v not ate anything yet----whoops)

well the week before i was really good but put on cos i was constipated. Other wise i may have lost a few lb's so thats why i reckon i lost this week!
