Hiya, good morning to you too. Thanks for the kind words. I am really enjoying sf, but this is only my first week. I'd say I couldn't have done it at the beginning because my portion sizes were all over the place. But sinces I've done propointing for a while now I've a fair idea of how much should be on my plate. I don't really have any tips yet as its my first week on sf and I won't know till weigh-day tomorrow what I've done lol. But other than that I'd say track, don't beat yourself up if you fall of the wagon - its part of life, just draw a line as we all say and get back to it each week. If you are finding it hard I'd say plan plan and plan, sometimes I sit on a Sunday night and write out some meal ideas, something different that I'm not always having. Also try and relax and as cliche as this sounds try not to view it as a diet. I've done that ever time I want to lose weight and I never get there, this time I said I was changing my habits and using ww as a plan iykwim. Best of luck and I'm sure you will do brill. Have you a diary set up, if you don't its a brill way of holding yourself accountable and great for getting tips and advice xxxx
 
Well done on ur food today, don't worry about going over by 2pp I'm sure ur 60 mins of exercise will cancel that out (and more) !

Lol I haven't put up my diary yet thats yesterdays, and I still have 2weeklies left. May use them later though. Technically I've 7 left as I counted from Thursday last week by mistake instead of from Friday, because thats when I switched to sf. Thanks anyway, nice to have the comments to keep me on track. Trying to drag myself off the sofa now to do my half hour jog. I've stupidly signed myself up for a 5k, I can't run and its 3 weeks away eeeeeekkkkkk!!!!
 
Oh right sorry thought that was today's! I think u will be fab at ur 5k run, I wish I had the guts for that, maybe when im at my goal!

I'll just be happy if I jog the whole thing:D. Went out for a jog today, did 2min walks and 10min jogs X 3, clocked it in the car and its 5k so I'm chuffed with that, gonna try for 11 min jogs with 1min walk intervals next time.

THURSDAYS SIMPLY FILLING FOOD DIARY

BREAKFAST
OSS
- 1 sachet oss
- 1 handful puffed wholegrain rice
- 1/2 tsp options choc
pp - 0
was starving this morning

LUNCH
SALAD
Grilled Chicken fillet
Handful 'free from' pasta
lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, beetroot, carrot - all chopped and mixed.
Dressing - tzaiki (sp?) - 2 tbsp fat free natural yoghurt, crushed garlic, chopped mint, diced cucumber and squeeze lemon.
pp - 0
Yummy but very weird not weighing pasta

DINNER
Baby boiled potatoes (about 2.5)
Long stem broccoli, carrots, peas.
Ex.lean frying steak
2 tsp oil
little of the stew gravy left over from yesterday
pp - 0

EXERCISE
2 mins warm up walk, run 10mins & walk 2mins X 3 repetitions = 36 mins/5k

SNACK
1 slice toast 'free from' toast with
10g peanut butter and banana (1)
pp - 1

TOTALS
- WEEKLIES USED TODAY - 1
- TOTAL WEEKLIES USED 89 (1 LEFT :D)
- OIL USED - 2TSP
- FLUIDS - 3 PINTS SP. WATER
- EXERCISE - 38 MINS EXACTLY LOL

THOUGHTS
Great day and I've never had so much energy and felt so well in myself as the last few day! Its nice :D

My lunch was gorgeous, very weird not weighing my pasta! But I know when I'm full and how much I need so hoping I haven't gone over.

Weigh-in tomorrow so we shall see if I have managed to stay the same. Fingers crossed!

Uh oh a loss, well done! Did u use all ur 90 weeklies last wk?
 
I used 89 of them hehe, what do I do now, do I up my weeklies or up my healthy free foods like pasta and stuff????? I was chatting to my leader during the week of the meeting I go to ever now and again, she says never to up the weeklies over 90 to maintain?!
 
Wow Laura that's fantastic ...typical though when your supposed to be maintaining ;);)
 
Very same has happened to my mother in law she just keeps losing ...dieting is a very strange thing !!!!
 
I'm getting nervous now though, don't wanna loss too much that I can't maintain! I've gone done to 10st before and found it impossible to maintain, was eating very little and exercising excessively, then I lost it and put on more than ever with the stress. Sounds silly I know when everyone else is wanting to lose and I'm worrying. But determined not to add the rubbish back in to stop the losses. Think I'm gonna up my carbs and see if that helps. Mind you I was extremely good last week so maybe thats just the result. x
 
Yeah it first was your week on a new plan it'll take you a few weeks to find the right balance for you xx Don't worry x
