I'm getting nervous now though, don't wanna loss too much that I can't maintain! I've gone done to 10st before and found it impossible to maintain, was eating very little and exercising excessively, then I lost it and put on more than ever with the stress. Sounds silly I know when everyone else is wanting to lose and I'm worrying. But determined not to add the rubbish back in to stop the losses. Think I'm gonna up my carbs and see if that helps. Mind you I was extremely good last week so maybe thats just the result. x
