Yeah and I'd had a few bad days before that so it was probably that too. I'd say this week it'll level out, plus next weekend we are away for a christening, then I've a hen do away and a wedding so I'll be whinging about putting on weight soon lol x
 
maybe u should use ur activity pp u r exercising a fair bit, maybe thats y u lost cause u dont count ur activity pp do u? its wierd how ur not allowed to up ur weeklies if u loose on a maintain plan on sf but if u were on pp they would up ur dailies so u wouldnt loose!
 
Yeah I thought that was weird too, like as I said to her, I eat till I'm full, the only way I could get more in is if I quit eating veg and eat carby foods instead, she just said 'you'll work it out', very useful indeed. But sure I'll carry on this week and see, it will probably level out. I do eat quit alot still, so we'll see. Having a few treats tonight, might even indulge in a wee bottle of wine and some chocolate mmmyummy x
 
Sorry Hun how many weeklies are you having ....my leader says it's 90 if your doing sf and trying to maintain xx ignore this just read back in your diary sorry your already doing that ...maybe eat your activity points too or at least half of them maybe that's why ????
 
Thanks Nicola, just seems to be a lot of eating haha, never thought I'd complain about that, I was 6 short of my 90 when I look back and I'll try eating all 90 this week and having 2 slices of my bread as free instead of the one that I did last week and see what happens (I have wheat free bread and I was saying one was free but I'd point every one there after, this week I'll say 2 are free and point every one after that). x

Homemade oven chips (using 2tsp oil)
3 butchers wheat free sausages (9?)

- EXERCISE - NONE, REST DAY

THOUGHTS
Not sure of the propoints of the sausages but guessed at 9 because the butcher told me they are made with lean pork and no bulking agent (making them wheat free). Dinner was yummy and filled the notion for a take away.

No exercise today because its my rest day, 2 runs to do over the weekend. 3 weeks on Saturday till the 5k fun run eeeekk!

Yeah I know what you mean only so
Much you can eat ....why don't you swap your milk for semi ..then there's pp there and have fuller fat yogurt instead of low fat then there's points there instead of eating extra food x just a suggestion though x

She hasn't really Laura some weeks she loses a couple some weeks she gains a couple but we've realised that's just how our bodies work ...she's been at goal nearly a year now too ( thing is I got to goal at the same time but ive put mine back on :(:( )
 
Aww you'll get there again Nicola and it'll stick this time. Well done to your mum and I feel I'm probably gonna be the same as her. My sisters live down the country so everytime I visit them I gain, I then lose it when I get home again, then we have the usual life evens like easter and valentines where the treats and the gains are inevitable, life has to be lived after all! lol
 
It certainly is for living I reckon everyone's weight fluctuates even those who are fortunate to never have to weigh x

Pizzettes - 1 slice sourdough bread (3) with 1 tbsp tomato puree, red onion, ham, fresh basil and 30g garlic & herb goats cheese (2) - grilled

Another bowl of soup

Really busy all day today again, all this exercise is giving me so much energy, but I be well fit for bed when night comes lol. Talking of exercise, my jog was tough today, the beach was freezing, wet and windy but so proud I completed the run and felt brill once I got home, showered and put on my cosy jammies.

This is the first time in my life I've ever fitted into skinny jeans! I've two pairs now, brown long ones and these navy ones come to the ankle and have a zip up the side, they are lovely. Its great to actually get to wear what's in fashion for a change. You'll get there too SOON XX
