THOUGHTS
A lot of treats today but I bought them when I was out shopping for my daughter and hubby and I ate mine with them. Probably won't have more rubbish this week though I only really tend to eat at the weekend now.
Really busy all day today again, all this exercise is giving me so much energy, but I be well fit for bed when night comes lol. Talking of exercise, my jog was tough today, the beach was freezing, wet and windy but so proud I completed the run and felt brill once I got home, showered and put on my cosy jammies.
