So weigh in day is tomorrow, really hoping it's a decent loss this week! I'd be ecstatic at 3lbs as that would bring me to under 13 stone, it's a psychological thing isn't it, seeing those scales go down another stone bracket! Course it will mean a drop of a point though too, but then I'll be on 20, but still with my extra 5 for breastfeeding (don't always use them all, but good to have as a buffer for any treats - it does make me more hungry so makes sense I guess!)
We'll see anyway, onto to today's menu!

Hmmm ended up out for dinner tonight, I had gammon steak and a few chips and salad....was one of the better choices on the menu, everything else seemed to be creamy or cheesy things! Was aon 8oz gammon steak so pointed at 8, and chips at 4 I reckon as I didn't eat too many. Takes me tomyfull points today though, but I do have some leftover from during the week so if I really want I'll have a wee something later on.
