Ugh. Saturday wasn't a good day - weigh in and I had STS again! Argh! Had felt really bloated though too so not sure what's going on with my body atm! :sigh:
Then had a really crap day with my DS and his behaviour and nonsense at bedtime, plus we were at (another!) birthday party during the day and I ate a cake etc - argh! I have no will power at these type of things. I'm fine when just in the house.
So anyway I am not even going to list and point stuff from yesterday, just draw a line under it and move on. It will prob do damage on next weeks weigh in though too but it's my own fault...
I'm also thinking of just sticking to my 20 points a day rigidly this week, not using my 5 extra ones and see how I get on....hmmmm.
