I know Julie!! I should totally put the lotto on... Just sitting in costa coffee with a black americano waiting on it being time for my eyebrow wax. Then off home to relax... Today is day 17 of being 100% Yahoooooo! Starting to miss food but it's just psychological I'm not hungry.

Just out of the family planning clinic, was hoping to have my implant out and go back on the pill as I have had a period for 3 weeks now .. They wouldnt give me the pill coz my blood pressure is up (160/95) so been fobbed off with the mini pill along with the implant..just hope it works or me and the OH weekend away next week will be rubbish :-( it makes me upset that even though I have lost a stone my blood pressure is still high.

I'm on cerazette which is the mini pill, one hormone. It's fab.

Hopefully cerazette combined with my implant is enough to stop this bleeding!! I just want it to be regular and predictable and not last 3 weeks lol

Well i was on the depo jab for 2-3yrs which was brill but i put loads of weight on with it. Mine stopped with the jab altogether. I then changed jobs n didn't need the jab as was working in the same time zone etc so changed over to Cerazette as it's the same chemical in it n i'm not meant to have the combined pill cos i get migraines n i've been on Cerazette about 2yrs now n they've still not come back which is great.

Well it was the same with me with the implant (same hormone) not had a period for 9 months then it suddenly came back and hasn't left!! I'm at the end of my tether! Just hope cerazette is the answer, they have given me 3 months to start off with.

Well fingers crossed for you hun. I'm assuming it's being on Cerazette which has prevented mine from coming back rather than still the remnants of the Depo jab. I've not had one for about 4-5yrs now.

Hi bobbi... It's krakow we are going, booked a lovely apartment and it's meant to be a lovey dovey weekend so hope this period goes away by next week... Took my first pill fingers crossed!! Never been to Poland before but really looking forward to it, don't know how much spending money to take tho.

Had a naughty peek at the scales and was dancing round the bathroom naked as I am now 12stone 13 lbs!!! Yahooooooooo that means that I've lost a stone since 1st jan and that I've already met my January challenge. I love exante!!

Wow Laura, you are going to be sexy on Poland this month, you are great. Fingers crossed your new prescription works a treat too and you will be skinny and feeling better.
As for spends ....its funny money there, no euros or sterling or anything. Sallottis or something like that hubby said and everything feels more. I will tell you when hubby comes home how much everything was.

Totally thinking about going back on low carb, as much as I love this diet, it's so unsociable and I feel like a recluse lol also I miss the feel of food in my mouth :-( I dunno I'm just in two minds. I have given it my all and been 100%. Great losses but I feel I can get 3 pounds a week from low carb and I at least wouldn't feel as if I'm being deprived. What do you all think?
