Laura's Summer Slimming!

Realised tonight I hadn't had any hexb yet, as I didn't end up having the SW chips as I had planned to with dinner! So had the ryvita fruit crunch after my dinner, was yummy with the quark topping and strawberries.

I MUST get some exercise done tomorrow, must must must - it's been far too long and my scales are just NOT budging down yet! Think the weekend will need to be a good one too....maybe need to make up some soup for either lunches or dinners!

I love that fruit crunch ryvita... might have to use for some of my HEBs this week!!

Breakfast - mango and coconut mullerlight

Lunch - Toast with tomato mackerel, spinach, sugarsnap peas and tomatoes

Dinner - Jacket potato and beans

Snacks - 1/2 banana, an apple, banana & custard mullerlight with strawberries

HExA - 1) 250ml ss milk
HExB - 1) 2 slices hovis bread (400g loaf)


Syns = laughing cow light (1.5)

Total syns = 1.5


Thursday turned into an EE day because we were out at Costco and it ended up being dinner time, luckily was able to get a jacket potato and beans from there so turned to an EE day and was able to not go off plan! It did mean however that we were home too late to be able to go out a run, grrrrr! Me and exercise this week are just not happening!! And I am actually v annoyed about it lol.

Breakfast - mango and coconut mullerlight


Lunch - 2 x alpen lights and a banana (was out with kids,no easy option on plan so took these with me on the way out the door!)

Dinner - Lemon chicken, spinach leaves and stirfry veg - delish!

Snacks - ryvita fruit crunch with quark and options & strawberries

HExA - 1) 250ml SS milk 2) 250ml SS milk
HExB - 1) 2 x alpen lights 2) ryvita fruit crunch x 2


Syns = lemon chicken syns (4), white wine (6), options (1.5)

Total syns = 11.5

Breakfast - 35g oats, fat free blueberry yoghurt & berries

Lunch - spinach, poached egg & mackerel salad & a coconut mullerlight

Dinner - BBQ - chicken, salad, 1 sausage, 1 frankfurter, veg kebabs, BBQ sauce (3?) birthday cake (5?)

Snacks -banana and custard mullerlight with mixed berries, a plum

HExA - 1) 250ml SS milk 2) few cubes feta cheese
HExB - 1) 35g oats 2)


Syns = frankfurter (3.5), low fat sausage (1), 8 olives (1), BBQ sauce (3?), birthday cake (5?)

Total syns = 13.5
