Well hello again...sneaking back in! Been so AWOL and without beating about the bush just not been on plan at all recently....disgusted to see the numbers on my scales so much that I haven't even updated them here, I might do so in a few weeks. So this is the line drawn:

I feel huge, things don't fit properly and could cry when I see photos from when i was lighter so now that my insulin pump has settled down a bit (I am 6 months in now with it!) there's no excuses, I need to do this!
So last night I went out a run for the first time in a while (god, so unfit too!!) and planning the gym tonight if I can fit in in before OH's football at 8....if not will do a DVD at home.
I know what worked last time and so I just need to stick to it, I really want a good loss by Christmas which is 12 weeks away...obviously have some socialising things on in December too but will try to minimise damage! Thankfully have a quiet October so far anyway after a crazy few months of weddings, nights out, weekends away....!
So yes, who's with me on the Christmas weight loss mission - 12 weeks, how many lbs?! I am hoping for at least 21lbs.... 1.5 stone....that will have me back to a much happier place! Then after Xmas into next spring and summer the final stone?!?!
God it sounds easy when it's written down doesn't it?!
